12/02/2026: For my lunch break at the office, I ordered some vegetables. They arrived very quickly, hot and delicious, accompanied by some slices of their warm, fragrant homemade bread. A very positive experience. I'll try eating there soon.

12/01/2026: Terrible. It's happened more than once that I've ordered pizza and it doesn't arrive on time, and sometimes the order doesn't ship, and if it arrives, it's cold. I don't recommend it. They used to deliver pizza very punctually, and it even arrived hot. It's a shame because the pizza is good, but the service is terrible.

15/03/2026: Aside from the fact that we ate excellently and paid a fair price, I'd like to compliment the dark-haired lady (sorry, I don't remember her name) who is incredibly kind. She was very kind to us, especially our son Massimo, and at the end she offered us a delicious grappa. I'd go back just for her, thanks again!

04/02/2026: It's been renovated and is now under new management. All-you-can-eat is also available. The service is always polite, fast, and fresh. I recommend coming here as soon as it opens to get your food as quickly as possible with the all-you-can-eat option. There might be a wait during peak hours, but it's all perfectly manageable. Definitely recommended! Since I've seen in other reviews that many people have communication problems, I recommend simply writing down the phone numbers and giving them to them; then everything will go smoothly.

15/04/2026: We were a group of eight. The waiters were very kind and polite. We had a baby with us, and they even provided a small table for my nephew so he could sit and eat comfortably. We ordered Spätzle, ravioli, salad, pizza, pasta, and more — everything was delicious and freshly made. Our dishes arrived within 10–15 minutes. The waiter, Giorgio, answered all our questions and explained everything in detail. The coperto was €2 per person, which is quite reasonable I think, and the beer was great too. We found parking about 200 meters from the restaurant in the blue-line areas. Since it was Sunday, parking was free, but you can also park in the city center for around €4–5 per hour (just 200–300 meters away). We loved our lunch there. Thank you, Torgglhaus! 08/11/2025: We had lunch at this beautiful farmhouse on a Saturday in November, having booked in advance, but there wasn't any need. We ate inside, but there would have been plenty of space outside as well, and the view was splendid. The staff were very friendly, and in addition to the menu, there were several equally delicious off-menu options. All the dishes were tasty and well-prepared, home-cooked, and the meat dishes were made with meat from their own farms. The homemade bread was truly delicious. The coffee from a local roaster was much appreciated. They also took great care of children, and there were high chairs, a changing table, a playground, animals outside, and a beautiful park. Highly recommended. Prices are in line with the South Tyrolean standard.

16/12/2025: Simply a special place you'll want to return to again and again – and for many good reasons. Every single member of the team is attentive, warm, and clearly passionate about what they do. The hotel itself has an incomparably beautiful atmosphere: designed with great attention to detail, superbly equipped, and impeccably maintained. The location right on the market square, in the heart of the city, is perfect. Our room was lovely and cozy (though a bit warm under the roof on that summer night). The breakfast was excellent and left nothing to be desired. You simply have to experience it for yourself – the Weisse Rössl is not just any hotel. We were particularly impressed by the successful blend of traditional charm and modern amenities. The photo art project was also fantastic: a breath of fresh, creative air amidst the historic charm! 😊 A heartfelt THANK YOU to the entire team for this special "Rössl feeling." We say quite clearly: GOODBYE! 😊 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

01/04/2026: We were charged €63 for one risotto and one spinach pasta, a shandy and a Spezi (a popular German soft drink), plus two tiramisu. We rounded up to €65 and received change for a total of €68. This unfortunately left a bad taste in our mouths.

11/04/2026: Recommended for those who want to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet in the woods. The 3/4 board option from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm is a great idea. The Tyrolean buffet snack is very popular. The staff is super friendly and the spa is lovely. We spent some very relaxing days, and it's right next to the slopes in winter, which is great.

07/04/2026: An excellent value for money for this hotel surrounded by nature. The room was basic but clean, with a comfortable bed and excellent soundproofing. The food was absolutely satisfying, from the generous breakfast buffet to dinner, including the afternoon snack, which included two good soups, cold cuts, cheeses, and some desserts. A good selection of wines. The wellness area is quite large and well-designed. Naturally, it gets quite crowded at certain times, but it was absolutely enjoyable, especially since with a total of five saunas, it's virtually impossible for them all to be full. Naturally, there's little you can do if some rude people don't respect the area's rules. The staff was friendly, attentive, and helpful. We'll be back!!!

10/10/2025: A beautiful, secluded spot, away from the big huts. Fantastic Kaiserschmarren (sweet pancakes), friendly people, and the gentle tinkling of cowbells… we'd love to come back!
