08/11/2025: Two stars because the waiter was friendly and the ambiance is quite nice. Unfortunately, the pizza was barely edible; the dough was tough, and the overall taste was quite poor. From a once-traditional restaurant to a tourist trap – that's Bolzano!

04/06/2025: Arrivati fuori orario per il pranzo ci hanno fatto accomodare con gran cortesia. Un antipasto di speck di alta qualità e trote affumicate, le più buone mai mangiate. Gentili nel servizio, corretti con il conto. Grazie!!!
22/05/2025: Il titolo nasce dalla posizione , una valle laterale regno della tranquillità.
Struttura recente pulita e ordinata.
A partire dal titolare e poi tutto il personale sono di una notevole disponibilità.
La colazione è ricca per quantità e qualità dei prodotti, non conosciamo le cose cucinate al momento perchè non è nostra abitudine.
Ottima la cena , ristretta la scelta ma alta la qualità, ci è stato proposto il bis delle portate ma abbiamo preferito tenere posto per il dolce che si è rivelato eccellente.
Importante per gli interessati ,garage per la moto.
L unica cosa non in equilibrio è la dimensione della sauna finlandese, molto bella, e la quantità di posti della zona relax.
Noi siamo stati benissimo perchè non affollata.
Concludo con la certezza di tornarci e nel frattempo lo consigliamo agli amici.

08/11/2025: We had lunch at this beautiful farmhouse on a Saturday in November, having booked in advance, but there wasn't any need. We ate inside, but there would have been plenty of space outside as well, and the view was splendid.
The staff were very friendly, and in addition to the menu, there were several equally delicious off-menu options.
All the dishes were tasty and well-prepared, home-cooked, and the meat dishes were made with meat from their own farms. The homemade bread was truly delicious. The coffee from a local roaster was much appreciated.
They also took great care of children, and there were high chairs, a changing table, a playground, animals outside, and a beautiful park.
Highly recommended.
Prices are in line with the South Tyrolean standard.

01/10/2025: We were looking for a café for a break on our trip. We only realized later that it was more of a restaurant. There was no cake selection. Only apple strudel. We had that. It was OK, but cold. I'm not used to that kind of place.

31/10/2025: The ambiance was lovely. Some of the prices were absolutely exorbitant. A frittata soup, which wasn't on the menu, cost €9.50. A sandwich bag cost €2.50 per person, even for children, and there was only a small bread basket for six people. Was the tip included in the price?

24/09/2025: The waiters were kind and professional. It's a shame we chose this bistro for a good rib-eye steak. For €37, we were served a rib-eye steak that was supposed to be rare but completely raw, and a medium-rare one that was so rare it felt like a shoe sole, so tough we couldn't chew it. The grilled vegetables were raw, for a total of €74 wasted. To have such a renowned name, I think the owners should hire kitchen staff at least as good as the prices.
Two bad rib-eye steaks out of two speak for themselves, vegetables included.
17/09/2025: Good selection of dishes. Meat is preferred, even though it's quite expensive. Service is so-so: slow and the waitress is uninformed. Otherwise, prices are high, like the rest of the area. The atmosphere is new and well-decorated, although the interior is a bit cramped.

16/11/2025: I'm generally a "wellness hater"... I couldn't imagine ever going through something like a wellness weekend or anything similar again.
But then came Hasenegg 😎😎😎😎😎
Just the thing for people who simply want peace and quiet while enjoying absolute luxury.
It starts with a warm, friendly welcome... first impression, already perfect!
Then you're shown to your room, which isn't a room, but a palace 😎😎😎 The palace has a small kitchen with all the trimmings... a stylishly furnished chill-out area, a very large bathroom with a shower and everything your heart desires, enough space for two.
Then several highlights follow one after the other...
A top-notch sauna, a whirlpool on the terrace, and a view I've rarely seen. …
To top it all off, dinner and breakfast are delivered directly to your room… all top quality and prepared with love…
I am grateful to have experienced something like this and to know that it certainly wasn't my last visit to the Hertscheg family.

14/10/2025: Simply gorgeous, wonderful chalets furnished with attention to detail. Not to mention the incredibly beautiful infinity pool. We feel completely at home here, with fantastic service and a wonderful, extensive, personalized breakfast delivered to the chalet in the morning. A very nice restaurant with a wonderful ambiance and excellent food. The Hertscheg family warmly welcomes guests and is open-minded, very friendly, and helpful. This is our fourth time here, we always enjoy coming back, and we're already looking forward to seeing them again. All in all, a wonderful oasis of well-being, and we say THANK YOU for the fantastically wonderful vacation.

16/09/2025: We stayed for a week. Excellent service, both in the dining room and in the room cleaning. The breakfast was excellent, varied and plentiful. The dinner was delicious, with excellent wine pairings. The entire staff was courteous and helpful! The location is excellent, making it easy to reach the mountain huts via the free bus. We will be back. Thanks to all the staff and the host!

10/10/2025: It's not possible to pay 60 euros per person... to eat a Torgglen... 1 first course, 2 pieces of sausage, 4 chestnuts and 1 krapfen with red wine... Small portions... "Not even a taste each". (Don't you have beer and coffee?) MADNESS. NEVER AGAIN thanks.
08/10/2025: A wine tavern in an old vaulted cellar with a truly wonderful atmosphere. Very friendly and attentive hosts, excellent food, and great wines... I highly recommend it!
