A beautifully stylish hotel. Each room features a unique antique piece of furniture, such as a Biedermeier chest of drawers. Add to that a friendly team, a good breakfast, and great attention to detail, like the library with its old books, the grand piano in the historic ballroom that guests are welcome to play, and a general awareness of its own history. It stands out positively from the many run-of-the-mill, cookie-cutter hotels.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Weisses Rössl. The entire hotel is very well-maintained and exceptionally clean; you immediately feel at home. The hosts are incredibly friendly, attentive, and always accommodating – exactly what you hope for. Breakfast was delicious and offered a great selection for a perfect start to the day. We would also like to especially highlight the dinner, which we can definitely recommend – it was absolutely delicious! The hotel's location is also ideal and provides a perfect base for various activities. We would love to return and can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel!

Simply a special place you'll want to return to again and again – and for many good reasons. Every single member of the team is attentive, warm, and clearly passionate about what they do. The hotel itself has an incomparably beautiful atmosphere: designed with great attention to detail, superbly equipped, and impeccably maintained. The location right on the market square, in the heart of the city, is perfect. Our room was lovely and cozy (though a bit warm under the roof on that summer night). The breakfast was excellent and left nothing to be desired. You simply have to experience it for yourself – the Weisse Rössl is not just any hotel. We were particularly impressed by the successful blend of traditional charm and modern amenities. The photo art project was also fantastic: a breath of fresh, creative air amidst the historic charm! 😊 A heartfelt THANK YOU to the entire team for this special "Rössl feeling." We say quite clearly: GOODBYE! 😊 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

03/10/2025: A small and intimate restaurant, the chef personally introduced himself to the table and briefly explained his creations, which, I must say, did not disappoint. In fact, my carbonara exceeded all expectations. A very friendly location and warm atmosphere.

16/06/2026: It's a dream for us, both in winter and summer. Relaxation is guaranteed from the very first minute.
02/06/2026: The location is GREAT! The team is VEEY HELPFUL and Welcoming and friendly! They are very thoughtful when comes to your comfort and to creat a good atmosphere to everyone: we travelled with our dog and they allocated us a table away from the other guests for both our comfort and for theirs. The team offered a lot of suggestions and advices each time we asked for. They are fluent in English and German and Italian (and maybe other languages - I know Romanian for sure ;)) The rooms are very clean and were tided up daily (we stayed 3 nights). The gardens are very nice, large, clean and very well looked after. I can enjoy the sun from the chezlongs or simply sitting on the grass. There are: tennis field, volleyball field, table tennis table :), indoor swimming pool, sauna. U can rent bike but u need to inform the reception one day before. Location: PERFECT! 30 mins driving from Bolzano. Next to Laggo di Fie A lot of routs starting from the hotel 1.15 h trekking to Alpi di Siusi - amazing view and a lot of trekking routes It’s a place we will go back to with pleasure! Highly recommend it Enjoy your staying 🤗
