Aside from the fact that we ate excellently and paid a fair price, I'd like to compliment the dark-haired lady (sorry, I don't remember her name) who is incredibly kind. She was very kind to us, especially our son Massimo, and at the end she offered us a delicious grappa. I'd go back just for her, thanks again!

This was our first time there, with a reservation for 1:00 PM.
We arrived at 1:10 PM, and the waiter who greeted us made a very unpleasant point about our 10-minute delay, making a rude joke before sitting us at our table.
The food was average, the place was really nice, but the welcome was filled with unpleasant jokes and an arrogant attitude, always from the same waiter who served us.
I'll add the teasing I received when I was going to the restrooms, pointing in the direction I already knew, with yet another arrogant smile, thinking I was an idiot; again from the same adult waiter.

Attracted by the butcher's shop window, we stopped in the cafe bistro. The mixed platter of cold cuts was superb. The spaetzle was good, and the mixed grill and sausages were excellent. The staff were very attentive and friendly.

My husband and I came to see the magnificent butcher shop and have a bombardino at the Bistrot. Already fascinated by the place, we came for dinner. And the review was even more positive. Very kind waiters, varied menu, tasty food, prices in line with the standards of a high-end mountain resort. Excellent location 👍🏼

We went to San Candido to visit the historic center after many years.
We had lunch at this renowned restaurant.
They offered us typical Alto Adige products.
The wait staff was very friendly and helpful.
They fully accommodated all our special requests.

From my point of view, there are two flaws. The first, very personal, is the prices, which are a bit higher than the area. The second, much less objectionable, is the cooking smell that wafts into the dining room. We had to wash all our clothes after going out for dinner one night. Too much smell.

A welcoming place, but we arrived when the kitchen was closed, so we settled for toasted sandwiches and sandwiches, which were still delicious and of good quality.
The space is spacious and connected to the shop, where you can shop even on holidays.

A good place to eat in San Candido. A modern and pleasant place, but not very quaint, quite spacious on two floors with a specialty shop. The food is good, including sandwiches. Fairly affordable for the area.
