A family welcome, traditional cuisine with attention to detail. The pearl of Soprabolzano! Spectacular location; in summer, I recommend making a reservation in the garden.

For many years, Babsi's has been a reliable choice for us, known for its solid quality and excellent atmosphere, both in the restaurant and especially in the beautiful garden. We appreciate the friendly and welcoming service at lunchtime and in the evening. The pizzas and pasta dishes are delicious. A good selection of regional wines and beers completes the experience.

Great place to stay on Soprabolzano. Great location. Large clean rooms. Wonderful showers Helpful people. Trattoria and pizzaria with outdoor dining. Great food (in both Italian and Austrian traditions) and excellent regional wine. EVEN BETTER THE SECOND TIME. WE WILL KEEP COMING BACK AS OFTEN AS WE CAN. Back in 2020 for a full week. Better than ever. We are renting a beautiful apartment this time. Back again in May 2026. Still a wonder experience. Thanks.

We spent a long weekend at Gasthaus Babsi and would have loved to stay longer. The room was beautiful and comfortable, with a wonderful view from the balcony. But the best thing was the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The trattoria offers excellent, well-prepared food. Behind the house, you can sit in the lovely greenery and relax. It was simply a holiday from the very first moment. We will definitely be back...

Amazing spot couldn’t decide where to go and walked in there and it was awesome. Atmosphere is perfect, family run, awesome people, and food was excellent.
