We had three wonderful days. The chalet is very well-equipped, spotlessly clean, and the view and food were top-notch. The daily room cleaning deserves special mention – it was exceptionally clean. We also enjoyed excellent meals at the restaurant, and having the fondue delivered to the chalet was a real highlight. Everyone was very friendly, we felt completely at ease, and we would love to come back.

Amazing Location - Everything Else Has Potential Simply a dream location, great lodge amenities - fantastic atmosphere in the mountains - sauna and whirlpool including infrared heaters - WOW! The mobile kitchen was AMAZING - very accommodating and super attentive - the massage was great - a truly wonderful staff member. Arrival on the day of rest - as if we were disturbing the place - breakfast was uninspired, the cheese was just sliced ​​cheese - simply mass-produced, cold cuts - also just mass-produced. Special requests were summarily crossed out - they don't seem to know what they're doing! (Chia seeds) Not even a "I'll have that checked and get back to you." On the first day, the orange juice was concentrate - then freshly squeezed. Such a fantastic place to stay, and then the management simply forgot about the little extras.

This was our second stay at Hassenegg within a year. We had another four wonderful days! The view of the valley, the beautiful rooms, the high-quality furnishings – everything was perfect, and I'm happy to pay a little more for it; it's worth it. A big compliment to the cleaning staff – everything was perfect.

From beginning to end, our stay at the chalet was simply wonderful. The warm hospitality of the entire family is exceptional – you immediately feel welcome and perfectly at ease. The service is impeccable and leaves nothing to be desired. The view is simply magnificent, and every window offers a picture-perfect panorama. Both breakfast and dinner are marvelous: lovingly prepared, varied, and of outstanding quality. I would also like to emphasize how the hostess attends to special requests with the utmost care and kindness – true service is in the making! Privacy is excellent, and there is more than enough parking available, making arrival and the stay particularly convenient. Overall, it's a place where you can completely unwind and feel utterly pampered. High praise indeed – this chalet is a true gem. We will definitely be back!

Very nice rooms. Very friendly staff. Unfortunately, it was the off-season and the restaurant was closed (we knew this when booking and were informed in advance).

We had a wonderfully beautiful weekend here at Chalet Sky. Everything was absolutely perfect: the chalet itself, so tastefully designed with such attention to detail; the breathtaking view; the luxury of a private sauna and a private whirlpool, which was always wonderfully warm despite the near-freezing temperatures; the fantastic breakfast; and so much more. We were only here for two nights, but we left completely refreshed and satisfied, and we're already certain we'll be back.
