09/08/2025: Oggi con una comitiva numerosa siamo passati al Rifugio Rudi,a causa della giornata calda molti avevano bisogno di riempire le borraccie,ma il titolare ce lo ha negato a molti.
L'acqua non si nega a nessuno,non ho mai grazie a Dio avuto un esperienza pessima come questa.
Pessimo.
09/08/2025: Visto il caldo oggi durante una pedalata tra amici chiediamo di riempire le borracce d'acqua...ok risposto che l'acqua costa...mai successo nei miei 15mila km anno in bici...

08/12/2025: We discovered this place a few months ago. We'd heard great things about it, so out of curiosity, we decided to try it. The first time we went for pizza, it was a pleasant surprise. It was truly delicious: crispy, well-topped, and not at all heavy, which is rare these days. When you eat well, you don't have to worry about the extra euro. This time, too, we were satisfied with the quality and price. We were so pleased that we decided to organize our daughter's confirmation. We arranged for an aperitif of mixed-flavor pizzas (which the guests loved), followed by a grilled meat platter with sides. They outdid themselves here: the meat melted in your mouth, soft, tender, and truly EXCELLENT. There was a mix of beef, pork, spareribs, Lucanghe sausages, and sausages, and the platters were generous. The potatoes were truly delicious. We had the whole room to ourselves, a group of about 25 people, and when there are small children who can roam freely, it's a godsend. In fact, I must admit, they gave us a lot of freedom and were very patient, as children are notoriously lively. The service was very fast, and despite being staffed by young people, it was precise, courteous, and orderly. The owner is a wonderful person, she puts you at ease and is available in every way; you can tell she cares about ensuring her guests are completely satisfied. We also had a vegetarian guest, and they prepared a delicious mixed platter for him as well, so they accommodate those requests/needs as well. We didn't have the pleasure of eating the fish, but we'll definitely try next time, as the kitchen produced some truly inviting dishes. We also discovered that you can order fresh Florentine steak that day; they don't have anything vacuum-packed in the fridge for days, so you have to reserve it. We'll definitely be back and highly recommend it. The location is pleasant, especially the outdoor area, which is certainly delightful in spring/summer, being at the foot of the mountain. My only regret is that at the moment (December 2025), work on the old ice rink has made the short stretch of road (just a few steps) to get to the restaurant a little less convenient. I think the municipality of Laives could have been a little more considerate and respectful of the work of these people who put so much effort and are so dedicated to their work. In any case, it certainly won't be a deterrent for us because, given the way the food is served, this "inconvenience" that wasn't their fault is easily overcome.
I'm sorry I don't have any photos, even if the eye couldn't quite tell you the quality of the meat, but we were too busy eating it rather than photographing it. 😁 Congratulations to the owners and all the staff.

20/10/2025: We celebrated our August wedding with 80 people in the Pinzonerkeller – and it was simply a dream! 💫
The ambiance was beautiful, with atmospheric fairy lights, candles, and an atmosphere that couldn't have been more romantic. The food was outstanding – every dish lovingly prepared and simply delicious.
A huge compliment to the entire team: so warm, professional, and attentive – we and our guests felt completely at home. Everything ran smoothly! We were always supported with questions and spontaneous changes, and Maya and her team were always available and helpful in advance.
Our wedding was truly perfect, and the Pinzonerkeller played a crucial role in making it happen. We can wholeheartedly recommend this venue – for us, it was an unforgettable day in a very special place. ❤️

29/08/2025: The food was excellent (we had pizza, pasta and dessert) and always prepared quickly. The service deserves special praise. It was pleasant, attentive, fast. We felt very comfortable in the restaurant.

20/01/2026: The interior is very nice: the atmosphere is welcoming, and I particularly appreciated the numerous board games available, which were fun and perfect for spending an evening with friends. Unfortunately, however, the experience was significantly undermined by the service, which I consider inadequate in its customer service, at least on my last visit.
To put it in context: two of my friends and I decided to spend the evening here to stay warm and have a drink. We placed our order by writing down on the slip of paper what we would be ordering: a non-alcoholic drink, a waffle, and a Nutella piadina. To indicate the non-alcoholic drink, we wrote "1) Hawaii" (the name of the drink), but the lady who came to take our order misunderstood, interpreting the "1)" as two bars, and therefore brought us two non-alcoholic drinks. Obviously, there was no problem; she had just misread, so we immediately pointed out, politely, that we had only ordered one. The response, however, was rather unpleasant: in a superior tone, we were told that the paper indicated "two" (despite the obvious sign on the front) and, furthermore, that you can't come to a bar just for drinks or just for food, but are obliged to do both. This left us perplexed, considering we had read that the minimum order was €4, so I don't understand why a customer should be forced to spend more just because "you can't order just food or just drinks." My friend explained that she simply wasn't thirsty and that the piadina was enough for her, which is why she wouldn't spend more. The issue of the non-alcoholic drink was clarified, but to the lady's obvious annoyance, even though we were simply explaining the situation calmly. Once we reached the cashier, another problem arose: the menu listed a waffle with cream as €4.50, but we were told that the price had been increased to €5.50. This information was only given to us at the end, after the waffle had already been taken. It's definitely not a question of a single euro, but of fairness: €4.50 for a single waffle already seemed a questionable price to us, and finding out later that the price was actually higher only after we'd finished eating wasn't pleasant. When we simply said, "We thought it was €4.50," we received a disrespectful response, sending us to get the menu, which, however, had already been taken. Luckily, a friend of mine had photographed the menu with the price listed. Upon seeing the photo, the staff refused to look at it and, in front of everyone, they told us, "Come on, girls, if you don't have money, don't come here, go to the oratory, it's better," accompanied by gestures to send us away and phrases like "bye bye, bye, go away," while they talked over us. This despite the fact that we had specified that we were simply curious about the price. Finally, I'd also like to comment on the prices in general, which, in my opinion, are inconsistent with the quality-price ratio and the service received: a waffle with a little whipped cream for €5.50? That seems excessive, especially considering the staff's attitude.
I'm truly disappointed, because I really liked the place, but I don't think I'll frequent it again if this is how they treat a customer who's simply trying to speak politely. Finally, I'd add that if Monday was a particularly busy day, which is why we were treated this way, it would have been better to keep the place closed rather than treat customers this way, because in the end, the only one who loses is you.

06/07/2025: Malga per eccellenza immersa nelle verdi montagne alpe nemes.
I proprietari della malga, nonché dell allevamento di bovini, sciolti al pascolo, sono persone estremamente genuine e tipiche della zona.
I loro prodotti fatti con le materie a km 0 rendono ogni pasto un godimento per i palati. Da evidenziare lo strudel di ricotta fresca e la polenta pasticciata.

30/06/2025: 3€ per una caraffa d'acqua del rubinetto e 1€ per il "supplemento panna" sullo strudel di mele. Queste sono senza dubbio le voci più eclatanti di un listino prezzi da lasciare esterrefatti. Da annotare anche i 17,40€ per una salsiccia (piccola) con un po' di patate senza salse di contorno. Queste, ça va sans dire, erano a pagamento.
Ok, i prezzi sono riportati sul menù, pertanto il cliente è correttamente informato prima di ordinare, ma questo non può essere un alibi per giustificare dei prezzi tanto elevati da risultare quasi ridicoli. Neanche il fatto di essere in alta montagna è una scusa plausibile dato che la malga è facilmente raggiungibile dai proprietari attraverso una comoda strada.
La stella aggiuntiva è stata data solo ed esclusivamente per l'impagabile scenario panoramico sulle vette dolomitiche circostanti.
Consiglio vivamente di portarvi dei panini e di mangiarli sul prato antistante la malga.

Des sein wohl de schillerndsten Positionen auf a Preisliste, wo einem schier der Mund offen bleibt. A no zu erwähnen: 17,40 € für a kloane Wurscht mit a bissl Erdapfl – ganz ohne Söß oder irgendwos doazu. De, ça va sans dire, hätt ma extra bezaulen miassn.
Freilich, de Preisn stehn auf der Karte, der Gast isch also offiziell informiert, bevor er bestellt – ober des isch lei a schwache Ausred für so übertriebene und beinah lächerliche Preis. A das Argument, dass die Alm auf über 1.500 Meter liegt, zählt nit wirklich, weil sie für die Wirtsleut locker über a gscheite Forststraße erreichbar isch.
Der zusätzliche Stern isch lei und ausnahmslos für’s atemberaubende Panorama auf die Dolomiten vergeben wor’n.
I leg eich unbedingt z' mitn Brotzeit ho – und essets sie auf der Wiese vor da Alm.

10/07/2025: Mange dejlige retter på menukortet og vores oplevelse blev ødelagt lidt af, at personalet havde meget travlt og ikke var særligt servicemindede. Vi ventede meget længe på at få regning og ville egentlig have haft dessert, men blev aldrig spurgt.
07/06/2025: L'interno del locale è molto carino. Le pizze le abbiamo mangiare giusto perché eravamo affamati. Il dolce, uno strudel, per nulla all'altezza con decorazione di panna che non sapeva di nulla. Il personale? Pessimo.

29/07/2025: Abbiamo preso l’ovovia da San Cassiano, ci siamo diretti verso il rifugio con mia moglie e nostro figlio di 3 anni , siamo riusciti ad arrivare con il passeggino (40 min circa) , un po’ di fatica ma una volta arrivati abbiamo preso due primi , veramente molto buoni, tagliatelle al pino mugo e canederli al burro!! Poi il dolce, Prezzo nella media , lo consiglio !!
Anche perché è ad una distanza accettabile , vista molto bella.
12/06/2025: Come sempre quando siamo in alta badia un pranzo al Bioch non può mancare. Bella giornata di sole, a tavola ancora meglio. Penne alla Bioch e tagliata, un calice di vino, acqua e caffè. Prezzi da rifugio Alta Badia, comunque imperdibile

05/07/2025: Siamo clienti abituali da tempo e, proprio per questo, scriviamo questa recensione con grande dispiacere. La cena di ieri sera è stata purtroppo deludente sotto molti aspetti, e ben lontana dagli standard a cui eravamo abituati.
Il servizio è stato sorprendentemente lento: abbiamo dovuto attendere oltre 40 minuti prima che ci venissero serviti del pane e il vino ordinato, nonostante il locale non fosse al completo. Ma il vero punto dolente è stata la qualità e quantità del cibo.
L’“Insalata delle Dolomiti”, proposta come antipasto a 25€, consisteva in poche foglioline verdi – a occhio e croce non più di 10 grammi – completamente scondite. Le fettuccine, se raggiungevano i 30 grammi, era tanto: porzioni ridottissime che non trovano giustificazione né nel prezzo né nel posizionamento del ristorante.
Siamo consapevoli che la qualità e la presentazione abbiano un costo, ma qui parliamo di un calo evidente della cura e dell’attenzione che avevano reso La Perla un posto speciale. Speriamo davvero che si tratti di un episodio isolato, ma al momento è difficile non sentirsi delusi e soprattutto pensare di tornare!

17/06/2025: Vine aquí por recomendación de nuestro alojamiento. Dijo que se iba a producir una disminución del 6 % en la factura (solo se descontó un 4 %). Abarrotado y ruidoso, y parecía que había que esperar mucho tiempo antes de que el compañero que nos sentó le hiciera saber a nuestra servidora, Anita, que debíamos esperar. Una vez que se nos permitió ordenar sin embargo, el servicio fue bastante rápido. Pedí dos. 5 cervezas, mi marido, una pizza y yo un plato de pasta. Compartimos un ‘entrante’ de sopa de tortellini (no vale la pena el dinero). La factura llegó a 39€. 73 . Tenía la sensación de que no éramos bienvenidos, o tal vez al menos bienvenidos de las nacionalidades allí representadas.
28/01/2025: Abbiamo mangiato bene, lo staff molto simpatico ed educato. Il problema è la maleducazione della proprietaria che una volta evidenziato che ci hanno fatto pagare 2 mezzi menù a prezzo pieno praticamente (22,5 invece di 23,5€) non ha nemmeno avuto la serietà di venire lei stessa a parlare con noi e ha mandato la cameriera che gentilmente ci ha spiegato come il prezzo sia quello, 1€ di differenza per aver preso solo 1 piatto su 2. La proprietaria a 5 metri da noi non ci ha nemmeno degnato di una parola!! Scandaloso!! Non ho avuto la voglia di discutere e chiedere come mai sui menu ci siano prezzi diversi tra il lato tedesco e quello italiano (più caro) soprattutto perché non credevo che si approfittassero così dei turisti. Per una proprietaria di hotel ristorante** è vergognoso questo disprezzo, non dico che debba baciare i piedi, ma almeno la decenza di parlarci.

28/05/2025: Der Sohn von Herbert Hintner (dem Südtiroler Vorzeigekoch, der immer noch als Gastgeber präsent ist, vor allem seine Frau, die immer noch als Restaurantleiterin fungiert) präsentiert eine eigenständige, gegenüber dem Vater noch verfeinerte Küche, die durch außergewöhnliche Kombinationen und ausgefallene, aber völlig überzeugende Kräuterelemente überzeugt. Gut abgestimmte Weinbegleitung zum Menu, perfekter Service von Frau Hintner und ihrer Assistentin. Auch sehr persönliche Bewirtung durch Chef und Restaurantleiterin.
