24/04/2025: 10 STARS!!! Stopped for lunch today, had two risottos with asparagus, a sea bass and fresh asparagus with cooked ham and potatoes, a tiramisu and a white chocolate semifreddo, all excellent, very good, our compliments to the chef and all the staff of the restaurant, young guys with a desire to work, very professional, kind and nice especially the one who served us, a boy of infinite sweetness. Last but not least, the impeccable service and the very nice and welcoming place even outside where we were. Highly recommended.

27/02/2025: Vale la pena certamente di raggiungere Sarentino perchè Braunwirt merita una visita. Abbiamo scelto la degustazione di 4 portate a scelta dello chef già riportate nel menù, per le quali comunque viene chiesto se vi siano alimenti non graditi, così da evitare brutte sorprese. Partiti con vari pani di loro produzione, in accoppiamento a 3 tipologie di burro squisiti, a seguire le quattro portate comprendenti un tartare indimenticabile, piatti squisiti, complessi, esteticamente perfetti. Carta dei vini non particolarmente estesa, ma ricercata comprendente anche proposte, insolite, del territorio (vignaioli indipendenti). Servizio ottimo, conto nella norma considerando la qualità complessiva. Unica piccola pecca il locale, in effetti non di mio particolare gradimento per la vicinanza dei tavoli e le sedute, così da sentirsi più a Milano che non in Alto Adige, ma è un dettaglio.

23/02/2025: Che dire un esperienza davvero interessante, capitati per caso, abbiamo pranzato per la prima volta un sabato di dicembre, ci siamo tornati per due domeniche di febbraio consecutive con degli amici. Il cibo, e l'accoglienza tutto davvero ottimo. Non vediamo l'ora di tornare, a presto. Raffaella

19/10/2024: Fantastische Küche, wunderbare Weine, sehr zuvorkommende und herzliche Bedienung, wunderschönes Ambiente. Das Ansitz Romani ist eine einzigartige Perle, die wir immer wieder gerne besuchen, und wir sind jedes Mal gleich begeistert. Das Menu surprise ist absolut empfehlenswert!

05/05/2025: About 20-25 minutes walk from the center of Bressanone (uphill) there is this farm surrounded by nature with a wonderful view of Bressanone and the valleys... we were immediately welcomed by the very kind and helpful waiters (unlike what I read from other reviews)... we tasted various dishes such as a platter with speck cured meats and different types of cheeses, some of which were very particular... accompanied by different types of bread, one of which was fennel. very good. We then had an excellent goulash soup and a trio of first courses with spinach dumpling, some crescents (I don't remember the exact name) again filled with spinach and a cheese dumpling. Homemade first courses excellent as is all their cuisine. The dish with speck eggs and potatoes is also excellent. For desserts we took a Bavarian cream and a chocolate pudding with cream and strawberries, good (especially the cream) but not at the level of the savory dishes. Mixed platter, goulash soup, trio of first courses, eggs with speck and potatoes, two desserts, 2 bottles of water and a half of wine 78 euros.

03/05/2025: Very beautiful farm where we had lunch enjoying truly delicious and genuine typical Trentino dishes, from starters to desserts, at a more than honest price. Thanks to the owner who allowed us to park the camper to visit the splendid Bressanone. Massai family.

22/03/2025: We went for dinner on the last day of the season. The restaurant was quiet and they were missing several dishes from the menu, but the ones we tried were delicious. The attention was very good.

09/02/2025: Baita in quota nell’Alpe di Siusi dove quello che fa la differenza è la cortesia e la gentilezza del personale! Il cibo è buono ed il servizio veloce. Menu tipico delle baite di montagna. Molti piatti, tra cui gouasch e stinco, sono ottimi. Buoni anche i dolci. La saletta ‘privata’ è proprio bella! Consigliato.

23/03/2025: The Oberhammer family and their staff are amazing!!! Great hotel, very clean, nice room, large TV with lots of channels, fine cuisine, always friendly and very family-friendly. Conveniently located bus stop for skiing. Great value for money! What more could you want!

21/04/2025: We were very happy with the chalet, it is beautifully quiet and very comfortable. The whirlpool and sauna in the room are also beautiful. The breakfast is delivered to the room and is really very rich. The only thing I complain about is that the new pool, which is really beautifully designed, was closed due to the weather even though it is heated. When it opens it won't open until 10:00 a.m. because we like to swim before breakfast, it's too late for us. Another positive thing is that everything is very clean and the chalet is always cleaned and tidy. I recommend opening the pool from 7:00 a.m.; in our experience, guests appreciate and use this.

26/03/2025: If you don't need wellness after sport, you're in good hands here in this nice hotel. Nice hosts, friendly, courteous staff. Excellent cuisine, perfect breakfast to start your day of skiing strengthened. Convenient location, approx. 150 m to the lift of the local mountain La Crusc. There is also a shuttle bus. From there you can also tackle the Sellaronda. Everything is possible with the connecting lifts without needing the car or bus. The ☀️weather☀️ was very good during our short vacation from March 16th to 20th and so we were able to enjoy our stay to the fullest. 24/03/2025: Quando siamo a Corvara, molto spesso io e la mia compagna veniamo a pranzo o cena in questo bel ristorante/albergo . Questa volta abbiamo portato anche 2 amici che, hanno apprezzato alla grande, le pietanze proposte dal bravo Igor e famiglia. Ci hanno fatto accomodare nella bella saletta interna ..sempre molto scenografica , e gustato... alla grande.. tutti i piatti ordinati tra cui non potevano mancare i canederli. Ottimo anche il vino scelto.. tanto che uno dei miei amici ha chiesto di poterne comperare 2 bottiglie.... Prezzo assolutamente corretto. Un bel posto , con gente cordiale e seguaci delle tradizioni locali. Consigliato!
