14/01/2024: Buon rapporto qualità prezzo, buona sia la pizza cotta nel forno a legna che i piatti del ristorante. Bisogna prenotare con anticipo perché il locale è sempre pieno di gente!!

09/01/2024: Spocchiosi e maleducati, sembra che ce l’abbiano solo loro. Menomale che gli altoatesini sono puntuali, ci ha detto mezz’ora per una pizza d’asporto (!!!) e dopo mezz’ora siamo ancora qua ad aspettare. Una stella solo per il pizzaiolo che vedo che si sta impegnando e la pizza sembra buona

09/03/2024: A very nice wellness hotel located directly on the ski slopes. The food is excellent and the staff friendly and helpful. There is a very large ski cellar, a swimming pool and a sauna area.

20/02/2024: Visited with a groupon offer, friendly staff, but there is no supervision in the saunas, the website says it's better without a bathing suit, bathing suits are mandatory at the entrance to the saunas, lack of towels to sit in the Turkish bath, poor hygiene, time agreed by telephone 10am exit 7pm upon arrival they told us the maximum until 5pm, it was a Sunday, even though I had booked on Saturday and they asked to move me to Sunday due to too many people in the hotel.

13/03/2024: Abbiamo cenato per 7 sere consecutive. Servizio sempre eccellente,cucina ricercata e varia con piatti del giorno di grande qualità. Luogo veramente speciale.

09/02/2024: Mi sono fermata a pranzo e sono rimasta sbalordita dal conto !! Bella posizione e servizio veloce ma non si possono pagare 17,90 euro per un piatto di polenta (riscaldata) e formaggio e 18,00 euro per 1/4 di vino bianco.

05/02/2024: I waited 55 minutes for my order to be taken. 5 minutes later, the food came (before drinking) which made me more upset because I usually want to drink a sip before eating. The food wasn't that good. The potatoes were extremely strangely seasoned. In summary, I would say that next time I go to Watles I would rather bring my own food.

27/01/2024: Siamo stati a cena con 3 amici L’accoglienza è stata discreta ed il servizio veloce Non altrettanto le pietanze La qualità del cibo era pessima. Abbiamo ordinato dello stinco, costine, crauti e dell’osso buco. Le carni letteralmente immangiabili, probabilmente riciclate dai giorni precedenti e riscaldate, tanto erano rinsecchite e stoppose. I crauti avevano la consistenza di una purea ed i canederli così duri da non poterli frammentare con la sola forchetta. Indecente, abbiamo lasciato tutto lì

16/10/2023: Siamo saliti in seggiovia. Il posto è prevalentemente per chi ha figli, ma è adatto a tutti. Dopo aver fatto il giro del regno del gigante baranci ci siamo fermati al rifugio. Una splendida vista! Abbiamo deciso di restare sia per l’aperitivo che per il pranzo che è a self-service, con diversa scelta tra piatti tipici e non solo. Personale molto cordiale. Per la discesa abbiamo scelto il funbob che è stato decisamente più veloce e divertente.

05/02/2024: I didn't eat here, but we took a wrong turn and the two of us walked onto the dirt road leading to the mountain hut. We spoke to each other in Italian, but we asked with a smile and politely and in German to the one who I believe was the owner, directions to the stone men and if we were on the wrong road (since we were crossing private property that was not forbidden or reported as such). We were greeted with a hostile attitude, pointing out the "Beware of the dog" signs. "Why do you think I put them there?" We retraced our steps without arguing. Example of how to NOT build a welcome, much less coexistence. To avoid having unwanted visitors, I recommend adding private property signs and closing the access road and the business.

05/01/2024: Rifugio al primo impatto poco accogliente, proprietario scontroso e apparentemente maleducato con gli ospiti italiani, molto più cordiale con i clienti tedeschi. Peccato perché cibo e prezzo sono davvero ottimi. Consigliato un pizzico di gentilezza in più.

31/03/2024: I thank "the new team" for the response even if I believe it is misleading, I understand that the Team that proposed the 2024 Valentine's Day menu is the same one that proposed it in 2023. If the "new team" is the manager AFTER the 14th February I hope that the substance changes

16/02/2024: Let me start by saying that it is not clear to me whether the dinner was an event organized by a third party or whether it was the restaurant manager. Terrible dinner, shameful service, 4 and 1/2 hours to serve miserable dishes, the culmination at the end with a dessert that arrived 45 minutes after the last dish, a dessert that could have been prepared even the day before and left in the fridge. I won't talk about the dishes, considering that the location and the day (Valentine's Day) and the advertising spoke of a romantic dinner with music.... The music then, I'm not discussing the skill, on the contrary, but it seemed like we were at the stadium for a concert, impossible exchange two words. The price SHAMEFUL, dinner was known as 65 per person and it could have been done (with a minimum of quality at least) but the extras!!!!!! 3 glasses of wine, two bottles of water, two cokes (to digest what arrived) 45 euros. Pure madness
