01/03/2026: Large, welcoming, and comfortable room. The bathroom was bright and clean. The cuisine was excellent and varied. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. It was also fun to cross the street to the relaxation area—also meticulously maintained—and to enjoy the view from the large window overlooking the valley while sipping a hot herbal tea. 20/04/2026: A huge thank you to Valir, he's a true all-rounder. You can immediately tell he pitches in wherever needed and always keeps track of everything, even when things get busy. He works very professionally, yet remains relaxed and friendly. What I particularly noticed is his ability to entertain guests. His funny and engaging personality creates a fantastic atmosphere, and you immediately feel welcome. Our group had a lot of laughs! It's exactly these kinds of employees who make all the difference. Thank you for your outstanding work and excellent service!

03/04/2026: I'm writing this review still in disbelief at the treatment and quality of the food I received. If you're looking for a place to eat after a day on the slopes, move on: any other option will be better than this. The pizza dough was embarrassing: rubbery, clearly under-risen, and raw in the center, while the crust was burnt and bitter. The ingredients used were of the lowest quality; the tomato was overly acidic, and the mozzarella had no consistency whatsoever, a sign of the use of low-quality industrial products that have nothing to do with the flavors of the area. The service was the final straw. Arrogant staff, biblical wait times (over an hour for two pizzas with the place half empty), and a total disorganization in the dining room and kitchen. Despite our polite complaints about the cooking, the response was dismissive and lacking in professionalism. The prices were completely out of line and unjustified. Paying gourmet prices for a product that wouldn't even end up on the plate of an emergency shelter is unacceptable. A place that thrives solely on its touristic location, but doesn't deserve a single cent of your money. ​Avoid it if you don't want to ruin your evening and your stomach. In his place, I'd keep quiet, especially since there's no page where you can write a review exclusively for the restaurant.

03/05/2026: We stayed two nights in a spacious, cozy, and clean room. We were satisfied with the food: we ate well at dinner, with carefully prepared dishes using quality ingredients. Breakfast offered both sweet and savory options, and we truly had everything we needed. The staff was always helpful, efficient, and courteous, helping to make our stay pleasant. Overall, the experience was positive.

08/04/2026: The rooms unfortunately have a very old-fashioned charm; they lack that certain something. No bottle of water in the room, no glasses. The breakfast buffet offered dry sausage and cheese that curled up. Service was inconsistent; some staff members were very friendly, polite, and communicative, while others seemed annoyed when we pointed out problems, such as the milk container being empty in the coffee machine. Even in the evening, while guests were still sitting in the restaurant, they were already setting out the muesli for the next morning. It was 8 p.m. Sorry, but we won't be back.

07/06/2026: For me, it's home. I've been going there more or less frequently since it opened. Management has changed a few years ago. Mario & Christian always come up with something new. Very crowded, with seating inside and in the (pedestrian) square. The food and drinks are good, with average prices, if not cheaper. Lots of young people, and they show sports, especially football, during big events. A special mention goes to Super Barbara, always ready with advice on what to drink or eat, prompt and decisive. She's the link between the old and new management.

06/06/2026: Beautiful place, also suitable for children. The food was good and plentiful, the price was very fair.... I recommend it.

22/08/2026: Classic Irish bar with more options than you might expect. Guinness, of course. But also Kilkenny and harp on nitro. Spoke many languages including English.

26/08/2026: We booked with the specific request that someone with celiac disease be present, and they assured us they were well-organized. Needless to say, this wasn't the case. Half the dishes on the menu weren't available, the chef repeatedly refused to cook for the celiac, and when they did bring the entrecote, it was a very salty and unpresentable steak. There wasn't even a hint of a side dish because they didn't want to serve it. Terrible service and food. Not recommended; spend your money elsewhere.

07/08/2026: Tiziana is always Tiziana. Excellent food and fair, almost modest prices. Beautiful terrace and friendly service. I would eat there every day.

29/07/2026: A horribly managed wedding with 100+ guests. The entire event took place outside on October 4th. In theory, it was a viable option, but the venue didn't have heat lamps, and only blankets were offered to guests, who suffered from the cold. The first course was served at 4:00 PM, the second course at 5:00 PM, and was organized as a barbecue. The idea of ​​a barbecue might have been pleasant and convivial, but the venue's management was chaotic. There was a line for over an hour to get to the barbecue, and many dishes were already sold out (grilled cheese, bread, polenta). The roast beef was rationed because it was running low, with many guests still waiting. The menu listed chicken legs with thyme and curry, but the chicken breast slices were served that were very dry and without any sauce or seasoning. For the many children present, cutlet and fries had been advertised, but instead they were served pasta (plain or with tomato sauce) or gnocchi (plain or with tomato sauce). The plain dishes were completely unseasoned, and the oil arrived only after about twenty minutes at a mother's request. It was also requested that the dishes be prepared without garlic due to some intolerances among the guests, but garlic was still present in several dishes, including the tomato sauce intended for the children. Finally, we were told to go downstairs to eat dessert. Unfortunately, there were neither chairs nor tables for everyone. And the desserts were actually served upstairs. Result: the guests went upstairs for dessert and ate them standing up. An added insult to injury: there was nothing to drink upstairs! When asked for water or sparkling wine, they were told to go downstairs so they could drink. The same problem arose with the cake being served in the same crowded room, with nothing to drink or a place to sit. Overall, it was a great shame to see so many guests feeling cold and disappointed by such a confusing organization and lackluster service, which partially ruined the atmosphere of an event that could have been much more enjoyable.

22/07/2026: I had the pleasure of performing at a wedding in the Pinzonerkeller as a musician and was absolutely thrilled. The venue is beautiful, lovingly decorated, and offers a wonderful atmosphere for weddings. A place I would highly recommend. 🩷

09/08/2026: Very rude, terrible service, industrial food, nothing authentic.

09/08/2026: The restaurant has a beautiful location with a view of the valley from the large terrace. The food selection is good for a mountain hut, but unfortunately, only a few of the dishes listed on the menu were available, and there wasn't even coffee, which is unacceptable for a mountain hut. The service was consistently unfriendly and incredibly slow, considering there were only a few guests. The cable car is currently being rebuilt and is out of service.

21/02/2026: We "only" visited the restaurant | a very enjoyable lunch with a daily menu that was priced in the upper range... but certainly justified by the quality of the food and drinks, the perfect service, and the ambiance of the establishment... it was really good...
