02/03/2026: I want to praise this restaurant for: The passion of the owner and the young man who served us. Friendliness and a smile, the young man was very approachable. We had a pleasant conversation, and he even showed us the wonderful view this first-floor restaurant has. Food: I came in with normal expectations, and while the food isn't extraordinary, they do just enough to remind you of it. To optimize everything, they offer menus, so you can choose à la carte.

19/02/2026: I'm coming to Pescara for work and am staying not far from this trattoria, which I discovered almost by accident on a cold December evening. The warm, friendly staff welcomed me from the moment I arrived, and I immediately felt at home. The dishes are exceptional, reflecting traditional Abruzzo specialties with a few subtle twists that make them delicious and succulent. I enjoyed the pasta alla mugnaia, the sagne e ceci, and the spaghetti alla chitarra—all dishes I was unfamiliar with. Highly recommended, whether you're just passing through or staying for a few days, as the menu is so extensive you can indulge. Next time, I'll try the pizza!

15/05/2026: A friendly welcome from the owner at the entrance to the restaurant. After choosing the dishes, they were enjoyed undisturbed as a concert of selected flavors (superior pizza - Tirolese, gnocchi al ragù)... finally, a farewell toast.

The restaurant has several rooms suitable for any number of people, and the staff is extremely helpful, fast, and professional. The food, needless to say, was perfectly cooked. 05/10/2025: I'm already a Soms customer, and when I find a dish I like, I love returning to that flavor to rediscover it again and again. Today I chose spaghetti with garlic and oil and raw scampi: it sounds simple, but there's extraordinary work behind it. The spaghetti is Cocco, cooked to perfection, but what's truly surprising is the base: a creamy, enveloping base with orange hues that replaces the usual oil. The garlic cream adds intensity and depth, without ever overpowering the delicate flavor of the scampi. A balanced, elegant dish, crafted with intelligence and sensitivity. Truly exceptional. 🚀 And then the service: discreet, attentive, professional. This level of service is truly hard to find in Pescara, and for that very reason it's worth highlighting. 03/03/2026: One of the best gelatos I've ever had in my life! :) Gelateria Giampy is one of those places you end up returning to without even realizing it. You go for a quick gelato and find yourself choosing between creamy and super-delicious flavors, telling yourself every time you try something different the next night. The gelato is good, full of flavor, never watered down: the fruit flavors truly taste like fruit, and the cream flavors are a real treat for those who love rich flavors. It's the classic place for summer gelato cravings: you stop by, grab a cone or cup, and stroll around while the gelato slowly melts. In short, if you're in Montesilvano and crave something sweet, made just right, Giampy is always a good idea.

07/03/2026: Last night, after checking into the dreadful hotel, we were more than compensated here. For starters, we had four different antipasto caldi: tuna, baby octopus, a culinary magic dish (very tasty, though I didn't quite understand what it was), and mezze aubergine. Then we had one maltagliati al sugo di... and one arrosto misto, a mixed fish and roast platter. The staff provided excellent service, and the Swiss owner even stopped by. The view of the Adriatic Sea was rather disappointing due to the darkness.

04/03/2026: What can I say? A restaurant with a sea view, delicious and plentiful first courses, and second courses as pictured, exceptional in freshness and cooking, fast service, and extremely friendly staff. Highly recommended!!!
