The pasta is made fresh right on the spot, and the ingredients are bursting with quality - each meal prepared with incredible care and a desire for perfection. The service is genuinely kind and truly helpful, making the experience even more special. One of the things I loved most is the diverse menu - seafood, meat, and vegetarian options - ensuring everyone can find something they love. I honestly wish I could give this place six stars instead of five; it’s absolutely remarkable and has truly left a lasting impression on me!

10/10/2025: An excellent place, very good food and service! I was just arriving from a long trip and stopped by. It looked packed, so we decided to go down to eat. The surprise was that we had to make a reservation, but... they were very kind and found us a table! Everything we ate was delicious.

16/09/2025: Since my last visit, I've noticed a notable improvement in the dishes, which are now plentiful and beautifully presented. Highly recommended.

15/09/2025: The atmosphere is professional yet warm. Spotlessly clean with a meat refrigerator on display. The house wines (rosé and Montepulciano) are excellent, the pappardelle with wild boar is incredibly delicate and flavorful, and the Manzetta Abbruzzese steak is sublime! Highly recommended.

22/08/2025: We were curious to try this place given the stellar reviews for the arrosticini, and our expectations were exceeded. The arrosticini and sausage we ordered were exceptional; the meat was tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Since it was our first time in Abruzzo, we're happy we tried these arrosticini, which we won't soon forget. The only downside was the long wait for the arrosticini; however, the waitress apologized several times for the delay and gave us a small discount on the bill, and overall, she was always very friendly and helpful. A down-to-earth place with a friendly atmosphere, which we appreciated. Overall, absolutely recommended for the meat! It's a shame we're not in the area to be able to frequent it regularly.

12/09/2025: We ate at Livio e il Mare two years ago and fell in love with it. So much so that we wanted to return, albeit a little shyly, after such a long time. It felt like coming home. Gilda and her daughter were wonderful hosts, welcoming, accommodating, and always available. They were a place to chat, more than just idle chit-chat. Livio, on the other hand, is a cook, an exceptional chef, who in his eccentric, experimental art—never banal and always exquisite—offered us not just a meal, but a journey, an experience. 10/10/2025: An extremely positive experience. I've been there a couple of times for aperitivo and aperitivo, and I must say the value for money is truly excellent. The location is beautiful and reflects the luxurious feel of the Camuzzi towers. The staff is very kind and friendly. I recommend this bistro to everyone—it deserves 5 stars.

08/09/2025: I went there today for the first time and it was a wonderful surprise. The food was excellent, the service was excellent, and the staff made you feel right at home. The place is clean and well-appointed, with plenty of seating. There's ample free parking, including some reserved spots for Bistro customers. The prices are low for the high quality of the food.
