03/07/2026: We were absolutely thrilled! The food was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. The burgers were juicy, the sides crispy, and the flavors were simply superb. We especially want to highlight the friendly and attentive service; the staff was very welcoming and made us feel comfortable. The cozy Western ambiance also made the visit a special experience. We will definitely be back and highly recommend Old Wild West in Montesilvano to everyone!

25/07/2026: Excellent food, accompanied by rude staff. Furthermore, I waited 15 minutes for a Coke and the explanation was that it was finished, too bad that the fridge was in front of me and they were there.
07/06/2026: A go-to place when you're craving a delicious dinner or appetizer!
I recommend the salads and burritos too!

16/03/2026: A terrible experience, not to be repeated for several reasons: first and foremost, the rudeness of the staff. You don't make fun of customers even if they don't please you. It's shameful for those who work in customer service. The service was terrible because they took so long to finish bringing orders, forcing those who had already received their food to wait forever so as not to let others watch while they consumed it. Furthermore, the drinks were delivered without explanation, creating confusion as to who had ordered because they were similar.
The quality of the desserts isn't the same as other places.
Then the icing on the cake...cigar smoke wafting into the dining room because the door to the outside wasn't closed and the windows probably weren't insulating well.

13/07/2025: La cameriera ha sempre ragione !Da cliente mi sono permessa di chiedere dopo più di mezz’ora d ‘attesa di poter ordinare, risultato cameriera infastidita rabbiosa e dispettosa.
12/07/2025: Porzioni misere, ma sopratutto la cameriera più antipatica del mondo. Lei una ragazza mora con i capelli lunghi tra i 20 e 25 anni. Scontrosa, burbera, maleducata. Ragazza, se nn ti piace cambia lavoro.

04/01/2025: Personale inadatto. Dopo aver chiamato la cameriera, mi ha detto che sarebbe arrivata in un minuto. Passati 10 minuti, non si è vista. Mi sono alzato e sono andato via. Non era la prima volta.
21/08/2024: Un locale davvero ed un menù davvero pessimo per non parlare della pulizia ! Mai vista una cosa del genere....le cameriere hanno pulito tutti i tavoli con lo stesso straccio tremendamente sporco e mal dolorante! Personalmente ho provveduto a pulire con delle salviettine profumate il mio tavolo. Semplicemente scandaloso!

27/06/2025: Posto in decadenza, locale vuoto e tempi di attesa lunghi senza alcun motivo. Temperatura all'interno più alta di quella all'esterno. Posti a sedere all'aperto off limits, come pure la terrazza. Locali igienici sporchi.
