We were absolutely thrilled! The food was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. The burgers were juicy, the sides crispy, and the flavors were simply superb. We especially want to highlight the friendly and attentive service; the staff was very welcoming and made us feel comfortable. The cozy Western ambiance also made the visit a special experience. We will definitely be back and highly recommend Old Wild West in Montesilvano to everyone!

I have celiac disease and this was the only place in reasonable walking distance from the beachside hotel where I could get a good meal with confidence. The staff were excellent, I had one young server (I did not get their name unfortunately) who was incredible. By about the 4th night they recognised me, and ensured the gluten free place setting was brought out immediately. Very thankful for the service, the food was really good and I did not have any issues over nearly a week of eating there, so I would say it is safe for celiacs.

01/05/2026: I don't know if it's a coincidence, but every time we go, the food isn't excellent compared to other places we've been. The fries aren't excellent, the meat isn't cooked to perfection. And then they don't always have the Happy Meal gifts, saying they're out of them. How is this possible?? Boo. Could it be a coincidence...?! I don't know.! But we won't be going back.
