A small takeout restaurant I wasn't familiar with, which turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The hot and raw fish appetizers were incredibly varied and very good. The first course of mussels and prawns in a sauce was amazing. Two large, welcoming spaces practically separated from the kitchens, and therefore with separate entrances. Friendly and professional staff. Highly recommended.

Fantastic!!!! Delicious fish, generous portions! My husband and I went to this lovely restaurant last night. They served us an endless array of hot and cold appetizers. Even though we usually don't eat a first course, we tried the green tagliolini with clams (a very generous portion for two). What can I say? Sublime!!! Then there was a delicious, expertly cooked fried fish and grilled scampi that truly showcased the deliciousness and freshness of the fish! We'll definitely be back to try the tagliatelle al cartoccio! What more can I say? HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!

25/01/2026: After a long day of traveling, this was our first meal in Abruzzo! It did not disappoint. We tried our first arrosticini there! It was amazing. Pasta was flavorful. Chicken salad was a lovely surprise. The pounded chicken underneath was scrumptious. Berry panna cotta for dessert to top it off. Such a cozy, local spot!
08/12/2025: Very nice, old-fashioned restaurant, the food is divine and the prices are fair. The arrosticini are fabulous...and the service is top-notch. Highly recommended!

07/01/2026: We had a family dinner (four of us) at La Noce restaurant in Caramanico Terme and were truly thrilled. From the start, the culinary journey was a crescendo of authentic flavors: the platter of local cured meats and cheeses opened the evening with fresh, authentic ingredients, but the real highlight were the cheese and egg meatballs... simply amazing! Soft, flavorful, with that enveloping taste that lingers in the memory: they alone were worth the dinner. Following, the first courses confirmed the excellence of the cuisine: the fragrant and delicate truffle gnocchi, and the rich, full-bodied, and irresistible pappardelle with wild boar ragù. A triumph of authentic Abruzzo flavors. To conclude on a sweet note, the cantucci with Moscatello: crunchy traditional biscuits paired with this sweet and aromatic fortified wine, perfect for dunking and capable of enhancing every bite. A flawless finish! Special praise also goes to the waiters, always kind, helpful, and with a smile on their faces: a detail that makes the experience even more pleasant and familiar. Highly recommended to anyone looking for an authentic and unforgettable dinner in Caramanico Terme.
