Magnificent experience... very fresh fish, family welcome, top advice. Francesca, the owners' daughter, served us and we deliberately left the choice up to her without asking anything. Everything fantastic. These are the authentic places they deserve. Compliments!

The foil, the pasta was overcooked and, I don't like it, excellent raw appetizers, the cold and hot ones were good. The price is the same as many restaurants.

Ogni volta che desidero mangiare pesce fuori casa mi reco in questo Ristorante. Serafino è un amico da tempo, quindi non posso commentare i prezzi dato che per me e colleghi ha sempre un occhio di riguardo, ma sicuramente la qualità è ottima e lo staff, praticamente parenti ed affini del Titolare, è gentilissimo e competente. La sala sotto il livello della strada è molto pittoresca, con una finta nave che ne occupa una parte.

Ristorante ottimo per clima familiare, qualità del servizio, gentilezza, bontà dei piatti e rapporto qualità prezzo. Tutto preparato con dedizione e tradizione. Personale accomodante e piacevole ti fa sentire a casa.

30/03/2024: • Service: excellent, impeccable with waiters very knowledgeable in explaining the dishes, very attentive to the customer and also able to entertain • Environment: large room, well furnished although not in a very modern style • Food: unquestionably of quality but as far as we are concerned the wow effect that I would have expected reading the other reviews was missing, all obviously in relation to the price Considering everything I don't think I would go back
21/03/2024: Fully satisfied with the choice made: excellent food and presented really well, with unusual combinations. We chose the Venere menu for 4 (including wine), with excellent value for money. We will gladly return.

Ristorante Collina del Cavaliere

04/04/2024: We discovered this restaurant by chance 2 years ago. This time we drove up here from Roseto degli Abruzzi and it was worth it!!! The food is just super delicious. Homemade ravioli and especially Arosta Misto are highly recommended. We will be back!
02/04/2024: Typical home cooking... if you want to eat well and without restraint this is the right place! Located a stone's throw from the small center of Caramanico, we found ourselves passing through several times and had lunch here! Everything is really excellent and always too abundant but without waste because they provide you with everything you need to take any uneaten meals home! On Easter day I decided to bring some relatives, certain not to disappoint them and they were all very enthusiastic. See you next time with a super typical Abruzzese meal complete with slipper so as not to leave anything on the plate because even the simple sauce is delicious!
