25/04/2026: We stopped for a bite to eat after a lovely walk along the Tirino River. Giuseppe served us, very friendly and professional; we followed his advice. The meatballs were very tasty, the crunchy ones with prosciutto or rosemary were delicious, and the arrosticini were also quite good. Eating with the sound of the river behind you was priceless.

31/01/2026: We ordered chitarra pasta with freshwater shrimp sauce, followed by stewed shrimp. I paired it with a Pecorino "Collecivetta" by Pasetti, a wine I know well. From the first taste, the wine had an unpleasant finish, with a very pronounced crustacean aftertaste, inconsistent with the characteristics of this product. After discreetly reporting it, the staff checked the wine in the kitchen and we were told it was compliant. We preferred not to argue and continue with the meal, but we couldn't drink the wine, so I took it away. It was stored properly and tasted by others, who also noted the same anomalies. For further verification, I purchased another bottle of the same wine, which was completely different and in line with expectations. I work with wine with passion and expertise, so what I've reported is not superficial. A bottle can have a problem; what's unacceptable is the handling of the incident. For this reason, my rating of “A Silvia” is one star, not for the wine itself, but for the way the customer was treated.
