06/06/2026: An absolute guarantee. Consistent quality and excellent seafood. We returned to Carmine's for a family dinner and, as always, we were reassured that this place is a must-try for those seeking excellent seafood. Their consistency in the quality of their ingredients and service is admirable. The experience started off great with the two house mixed appetizers. It's a beautifully structured menu, offering a series of hot and cold tastings where the ingredients take center stage. Dishes are clean in flavor, never overpowered by excessive seasoning, ranging from the delicacy of local seafood to more delicious traditional seafood dishes, all served with perfect timing. The freshness of the fish is evident in every bite. The highlight of the evening were the first courses, all executed with remarkable technical precision. For our little girl, we ordered gnocchi with scampi in tomato sauce: the pasta had the perfect consistency, and the rich, creamy sauce was perfectly balanced for a child's tastes, so much so that she swiped it all up in no time. The marinara risotto was a real surprise, impeccably creamed, with perfectly separated grains and an intense aroma of the sea. The spaghetti with clams was also top-notch: pasta decidedly al dente, bound together by a perfect emulsion, flavorful and without a trace of sand. We finished by sharing a mixed Adriatic fry between three: dry, crispy, and very light. To drink, we had a half liter of house white wine, chilled and delicious throughout the dinner. The atmosphere is welcoming and refined, and the staff stands out for their professionalism, never stiff, with an old-fashioned attention to detail, even for the children. The bill was absolutely fair for the quality of the dinner. We always come back and continue to recommend it.

06/04/2026: I don't usually frequent restaurants during strictly holiday-related periods, but this time, for family reasons, I had to. I chose this restaurant in the company of another couple of friends. Easter, yesterday, set menu. We left enthusiastically, the location is stunning inside with some rooms with carriage vaults, outside immersed in nature not far from Loreto Aprutino. DEA, the owner and her son, wonderful people, willing, precise and friendly waitresses, the food was well presented and abundant, qualitatively impeccable, considering the holiday and the turnout, which however was not invasive and allowed for a peaceful enjoyment. The menu was the classic Easter one, excellent the lamb porchettato, the cacio e uovo and the lamb tripe, quality wine by the glass. Fixed price, but competitive... we will definitely return to allow the restaurateur to offer other specialties and give the best of herself... in the meantime, THANK YOU...

08/05/2026: We spontaneously decided to have dinner there. The service was very good and very friendly. The food was excellent. We felt very comfortable and had a lovely time.

29/04/2026: The steak was succulent and cooked rare, truly excellent. The restaurant's location is very picturesque. It's a shame we went in the evening and missed the view... the prices are very reasonable for the quality of the food. Having included wine, the price obviously goes up.

29/09/2025: Had breakfast this morning at this lovely place overlooking the square. The owners are friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere is familiar as soon as you walk in. The coffee and cappuccino with croissants are excellent, and the service is excellent. There's also a lovely outdoor seating area. Highly recommended.
