28/07/2026: We booked a table with The Fork and were greeted by a fantastic Oriental team. All-inclusive service, they answered all our questions. We went crazy for the D'Annunzio huramaki, a spectacle; one of our guests was completely blown away. The quality was sublime, especially Brother, who served us, was extremely friendly and welcoming. An intimate place where every wish came true. We'll definitely be back, and long live D'Annunzio!

The stone structure, converted from an old barn, is a journey back in time.
The very kind owners also prepared a delicious dinner for us with typical Abruzzo products.

22/06/2026: We discovered this agriturismo on a Monday evening during our stay in Caramanico Terme. Andrea's welcome made us feel right at home. Andrea and Lida's cuisine and service are meticulously prepared and allowed us to discover the true flavors of local tradition.
The appetizer with prosciutto, coppa, salami, and cheese was excellent. The cacio e ova balls with tomato sauce were delicious. Both the arrosticini and the lamb were cooked to perfection, the latter being incredibly tender. The restaurant is intimate and welcoming, and truly feels like a genuine refuge where you can unwind and feel at home.
