04/10/2025: Coming from Bologna, we were recommended this place for a drink and a bite to eat. The atmosphere is lovely, and the staff are very friendly, especially Silvia, who is super nice and helpful.

28/09/2025: Visaggio is always a guarantee. Good food, a welcoming atmosphere both inside and out, nice people, and a selection of excellent wines and tapas. I recommend the trio of toasted sandwiches and the pinsas.

22/09/2025: We stopped for a night on Friday, September 19, 2025, during a motorcycle rally... the experience was truly pleasant. The recently renovated room is perfect for relaxing after a day on the bike. The cuisine is excellent, typical Abruzzo. I'd like to say a few words about the owner, a kind and passionate person who made us feel at home.

10/09/2025: Fantastic place, completely renovated, the rooms are brand new, very clean and spacious, the food is equally excellent and the rooms' balconies offer a fantastic view of the Gran Sasso National Park. Last but not least, the innkeeper is kind, helpful, and a great chef. We will definitely be back.

05/08/2025: Even though we were vegetarians and there aren't many dishes on the menu in the area, we had a dinner that was top-notch. The staff were incredibly friendly! We had vegetable and mushroom lasagna, grilled caciotta cheese with honey and walnuts, and a red cabbage salad and chicory on the side...all excellent. The price was right.

10/09/2025: We knew Capponcina as a beach club, but we'd never tried the restaurant. We went here for a family dinner. The atmosphere was very quiet and relaxed, the staff were incredibly friendly, the arrosticini were amazing (we had both beef and liver), and the desserts were delicious too! Everything was perfect.

They'll put any other maritozzo you've ever encountered to shame. Soft, generous with cream, simply perfect. But the experience at La Bresciana is like a little theater show, with a breathtaking finale: the coffee. Now that's "just for a standing ovation," as you say! Strong, full-bodied, the perfect ending to a mouth-watering dessert. It's the detail that makes you feel pampered until the last sip. And then there's him, the young man (or the team, but you noticed one guy in particular). That unique attention, that ever-ready smile, that feeling of "always being there to give you the good news," as you write. That genuine kindness and passion in serving makes a huge difference. It conveys the love for this historic place and its products. In short? The Bresciana is a must. ✅ Amazing desserts (Bombe and Maritozzi are tops) ✅ Final coffee deserves a standing ovation ✅ Historic and authentic atmosphere ✅ Warm, cheerful service that makes you feel at home. Rating? 10 out of 10, without hesitation. 14/10/2025: We went here because a friend recommended it for typical Abruzzo cuisine. We arrived at a beautiful farmhouse, where the owner was very kind and hospitable. From the first moment we entered, we felt at home. The home-cooked food, made with quality ingredients, and the flavors are authentic Abruzzo. I recommend it to anyone who wants to eat excellent Abruzzo products and for the service provided. We'll definitely be back!

20/09/2025: Pierlugi and Eugenia prove themselves to be wonderful hosts. It's not their first time at Don Evandro, but it's their first with the new menu. A truly brilliant choice, in my opinion, where (like in the inns of old) they cook and serve what the season has to offer: let them create and trust them, they'll surprise you!

18/06/2025: Exquisite meal, excellent service, and classy ambience. We had the shorter tasting menu, and everything was perfect -- not a weak link in the chain. The couple who own and manage the restaurant are charming. To top it off, the restaurant plays warm and elegant classical and jazz music -- none of the dreadful Lofi or club music that ruins the ambience of so many otherwise nice restaurants. Will definitely return.

13/10/2025: The place is large and a bit noisy. It's quite crowded, so the service was slow, but the food is excellent and there's a decent wine cellar.

12/10/2025: One of the most delicious evenings of my life. Most of the customers were regulars, not asking for a menu, but trusting the staff's suggestions. We did just that. We shared almost all the appetizers and one main course each. The appetizers were a hit. It was as if the seas had gathered for their most important festival and wanted to show off their best. Each one tried to top the last, and believe me, it wasn't easy. I recommend it.
