A genuine restaurant where you can savor the ancient flavors of Abruzzo cuisine! The first courses are excellent, and the Ofena lamb is excellent! The staff is kind and courteous. I'll be back soon.

I've known Casolare for years... I organize evenings for my group, the staff is wonderful, the food is good... Dario's pizzas are excellent... there's nothing left to say.

The food is good and the prices are reasonable. A flaw, in my opinion, is the evenings with music. The volume is too high and disrupts conversations at the table.

If you're on a DIET, it's over! I was overwhelmed by the various aromas of home cooking, especially the first courses! Fabulous, but since I was on a diet, a mixed roast was the right choice, and the cavolo nero was the best. The owner and waitress were definitely professional and very thorough in explaining the dishes.

06/12/2025: The only flaw was that I ordered a Capricciosa, and from what you can see in the photo, it was a little overcooked, if not burnt, and too chewy! I also ordered three pizza slices, and unfortunately, since they were reheated, they became tough!!! Very difficult to chew. We went back there after a while, and I have to say that the pizza slices were very good and well-filled!
