There are places that don't need stars to shine... and then there's Ristorante Braceria Godot, which plays just that: hiding haute cuisine behind apparent simplicity. A Michelin-starred chef in disguise, with the smile of someone who knows he's strong but doesn't need to say so.
As soon as you sit down, you immediately understand that this place is no joke: the service is precise, attentive, almost choreographed. Never intrusive, always present, like an invisible director accompanying each course.

What can I say?... The wine selection, the explanation of the dishes, the quality of the food, and the courtesy and empathy of the staff were nothing short of excellent.

What can I say... everything is truly fabulous, excellent service, very high quality food, their appetizers are delicious and refined, excellent meat, everything is taken care of down to the smallest detail, everything is always spotless, the staff is always kind and friendly, we've been going there for several years now and they always manage to maintain the same high standard.

The bar is high here from start to finish, and every course is uniquely delicious. The owner is a down-to-earth and passionate person who loves what he does and conveys it. A very warm welcome with a clear desire to share their cuisine. Squash flan and mini cabbage stew to start, then an assortment of meats and desserts, all very tasty, including a revisited Tiramisu to discover.

Specializing in meat cooking, from arrosticini to premium cuts. I really liked the research that goes into every dish and ingredient, all selected according to a very specific criterion: customer satisfaction. Fillet arrosticini, usually hard to find in a restaurant, are available here. The Godot appetizer was thrilling, two courses that vary according to the seasonality of the products, but which are a sublime explosion of flavors. One of these was the pumpkin tart on a cheese fondue and balsamic reduction, with a crunchy note provided by the puffed Venere rice, a flavor explosion. The wine cellar was also interesting, well-stocked for interesting pairings with the dishes. The meat was also exceptional and cooked to perfection. A very positive experience.
