C'era Una Volta In Carsoli

10/07/2026: I don't even know where to start. This pizzeria is so much more than just a pizzeria for me; it's a piece of my childhood. I used to come here when I was about 4–6 years old, before moving to Canada in 2015. The last time I visited was in 2017, when I returned to Sulmona. I still remember the layout of the pizzeria and, above all, that truly unforgettable Pizza Bianca, the one with chopped sausages and fries, topped with ketchup and mayo. It was so unique that I've never found anything like it anywhere else. I want to say, this pizza has stayed with me all these years. Even though I've never been able to find it elsewhere, that has never stopped me from trying to recreate it myself. But no matter how many times I make it, nothing will ever compare to the one at Italpizza. I just want to thank whoever created this wonderful recipe. I don't remember the names or faces of the people who worked there back then, but if you were part of the staff between 2014 and 2017, know that your pizza changed my way of experiencing food forever. I hope everything is going well and I wish you all the best. Thank you for creating a memory I will cherish for the rest of my life.
