03/08/2025: Questo albergo-ristorante prende il nome da Giovanni Stedile, abitante di Posina combattente per la libertà, al fianco di Garibaldi, il quale aprì l'osteria nel 1890, ancora oggi a conduzione famigliare.Questo luogo è migliorato via via grazie alle opere degli eredi che ripropongono anche piatti rielaborati in chiave moderna pur integrando la tradizione.Il personale molto ospitale segue i clienti in modo impeccabile con puntualità e piatti caserecci e saporiti.Molti i primi piatti, i taglieri di prodotti locali ma soprattutto gnocchi a farla da principe, fatti a mano con le patate di Posina e mani sapienti.

16/07/2025: This hotel is a great base for exploring the 52 tunnels of Pasubio and surrounding area - excellent suggestions for day trips from our host. We stayed 5 nights but wish we could have stayed longer. Excellent service from the friendly staff, spotless rooms with updated bathrooms (best showers) and balcony views made it so good. The restaurant - wow. We ate better breakfast and dinner (half board) here than anywhere else during our holiday in Italy. We will be back.

08/09/2025: A wonderful discovery! Comfortable and spacious rooms, and a very helpful and friendly host (Cristina). Half-board at competitive prices, generous and delicious appetizers, and lovingly prepared first courses. I will definitely be back.

21/08/2025: I went there for lunch today with my husband. We were greeted very warmly. They are very friendly, helpful, and available to answer any questions. The food is excellent, from the homemade pasta to the meat cooked directly over the embers of the fireplace in the dining room. I recommend it to anyone who finds themselves near Asiago. We had a wonderful time and will gladly return. 👍👏

24/08/2025: A real discovery!!! We wanted to eat fish, but not the commercial kind you find in classic restaurants. We tried to make a reservation and were really lucky because we found everything we were looking for: very fresh and delicious fish!! I highly recommend it!!! We'll be back soon. 17/08/2025: A wood-fired oven with pizzas that rotate like a carousel, delicious and well-cooked. The ingredients are top-quality, the waiters and young chefs are attentive to the children's requests, and even the desserts at the end of the evening were delicious. We all ate pizza, but we'll gladly return for the restaurant, which we're very curious about, having glimpsed more than one beautifully composed and fragrant dish.

10/08/2025: Beautiful place, very friendly staff. What can I say? The pizza is fabulous, delicious, with a crispy and delicate dough and fresh, top-quality ingredients. I highly recommend the Alpine pizza. Go and try it, folks. I'll be back and try other pizzas. Kudos to the staff.

06/09/2025: I ordered pizza there in May 2025 and realized I was overcharged. I returned and explained to the owner and instead of a cash refund he credited me in pizza! ( I gladly accepted since it v is delicious). I have a few more visits and hopefully not snoring him but appreciate the kindness and customer service greatly.
