11/03/2024: I went for lunch on a Sunday with my family to celebrate a birthday. Very refined and refined environment, not many tables. High level service. Excellent food and well presented on the plate. High prices but in line with the quality and service.

Corruption - deaths at work - certification. The title of the seminar was about Anti-Corruption etc. organized by Vega formation. I do like the dog, I mark the place. I walk where I can't. It forces us to ask ourselves, What effects do our behaviors have? Which ones for example? The arrogance of speaking on behalf of another person, for example. The consequences of certain corrupt real estate agencies, to building developers... The painting hanging in this room shows a tree-man, maimed.

17/03/2024: Locale bellissimo che si trova sul ponte di bassano. Arredato in modo maniacale e dotato di un piccolo posto fuori per l'estate con vista fiume/ponte. Si mangia divinamente: piatti curatissimi e di grandissima qualità. Super consigliato!!!

30/03/2024: Looking for a place to have lunch during a short trip to Bassano, we chose the Fermenteria after a quick Google search, seeing the positive reviews. In short: it definitely deserves positive reviews. Excellent food (we had the bruschetta with soft-boiled egg and tuna belly, then different first courses for each), excellent and friendly service and a price appropriate to the level of the food. Truly a nice discovery. Probably an encore 😀

25/03/2024: Excellent restaurant located a little outside the center for us who were on foot, however it was worth it. In addition to traditional meat dishes, they offer several fish-based dishes. We had some very well prepared lobster tagliolini. Then the second course was fried fish, which was also very good. Service always present but discreet. Price in line with the quality. Definitely coming back

24/03/2024: The freshness of the raw materials is indisputable, discovered by chance, naturally by looking at the reviews, and I had the opportunity to confirm the best ones, if I were to return to Bassano del Grappa I would definitely come back here to taste their specialties You can't give 6 stars, but the dessert is all deserved, I've never eaten a thousand leaves like they make, sublime

15/03/2024: Historic restaurant in the area where I had lunch with the menu of the day. Generous portions and quite good. The schnitzel was huge and well prepared. The side dish was also good. The place looks good, very crowded during the week because the food is good, plentiful and you pay the right price. The style is typical of the Venetian trattorias of the past. I don't know the evening menu but I imagine it is similar: abundant and tasty dishes, typical of the Venetian tradition. Engaged and friendly staff. Prices are ok.
