09/11/2025: An amazing sensory experience... after years, we returned to savor Davide's cuisine... something sublime, I can safely say that I have never tasted meat and fish with these flavors, something truly worth trying, something that will greatly raise your comparison method. The only flaw in my opinion is the quality of the desserts, but apart from that, the game is unplayable for anyone. Congratulations!!!!!

29/11/2025: We were so lucky to discover this place just steps from the station, and I can recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming, family-friendly place with unique, healthy, and tasty dishes, from savory to sweet. Furthermore, the restaurant owners were immediately helpful and friendly.
21/11/2025: Very good food with high-quality ingredients, beautifully presented. Good value for money. I recommend it even to non-vegans or vegetarians.

05/12/2025: A beautiful location in the province of Vicenza. Besides being an excellent restaurant with friendly and efficient service, delicious food, and a wide selection of wines, it's also a hotel and offers apartments. The view is beautiful and extremely relaxing.

10/11/2025: We had some delicious first courses (pumpkin and porcini mushroom soup, pumpkin tortelli with butter and sage). A fantastic rib-eye steak. All accompanied by an excellent sparkling Rabosello. Dessert to finish. As always, everything was delicious and at tavern-like prices. Top!
03/11/2025: Before leaving a review, I took my time and went there several times to get an objective assessment.
The food is homemade, of average quality; the dishes are typical of Venetian culinary tradition, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming.
What's quite deplorable is the service. On both occasions, the waitress took the dishes away without asking. Before I even had time to finish (literally, I still had the bite in my mouth) the dishes were taken away with food still on them. And before I had time to say anything, the waitress disappeared in a second.
There's a lot of room for improvement.

17/11/2025: I stayed in the area for three days and accidentally stumbled upon this place, located in an idyllic spot amidst beautiful hills. It was the best surprise of my vacation. A beautiful place, a truly family-like welcome, and a young but highly trained staff. Their cuisine is refined yet traditional, excellent and complete, with generous portions and very reasonable prices. Customers are delighted from the moment they arrive until they say goodbye. It's like being among family or best friends.

16/10/2025: In the land of cod, this is the go-to place. A refined, restrained, and traditional establishment, where you can try excellent dishes, both for your own pleasure and to satisfy your guests. While the Vicenza-style cod steak with polenta, an original presentation of this characteristic dish, is a delight, the bigoli and cod risotto are so surprising that asking for seconds is almost the rule.
Cod is eaten well in many excellent restaurants in Vicenza, this place is a flagship and a source of pride, and it's definitely worth a visit.

15/11/2025: After reading the chef's biography, I went to Aqua Crua with very high expectations.
These were confirmed by the amazing dinner I just had.
I chose the Initiation 1 menu, since it was my first time there.
I won't describe the dishes to spoil the surprise for new customers, but I would highly recommend the experience.
In the open kitchen, the owner chef worked in unison with two colleagues.
Incredible coordination, studied movements, not a word out of place.
The staff in the dining room are very professional and knowledgeable.
The price is appropriate for the high level of the restaurant.
It's definitely worth visiting several times throughout the year.
I will definitely try the other tasting menus as well.
Giuliano Baldessari chatted with the guests after dinner. He was a friendly and affable person.

A total disappointment with this place: it smells of fried food, beer served in a plastic cup, burger served on a paper plate, fries, forget it, burger was decent, nothing special, sauces, forget it again.
Friendly staff, that's why I give it 2 stars.

12/09/2025: The food is of high quality. Some dishes of our menu where quite traditional, others had fun elements and surprising taste combinations. There is no wine parring per dish available, the suggested bottle we took combined beautiful with the food. Service was a bit rushed and insecure, feels like a lack of experience. The dining room itself is ok, nothing special.

I'll start by saying that when it comes to restaurants of this caliber, you expect something more than others. If we don't find excellence here, where will we find it?
The place is beautiful.
The food is good, I don't argue with that, but no dish amazed us.
The start wasn't up to par; they crowded us around, assuming we'd put our jackets behind the backs of the chairs, making us feel immediately embarrassed.
There was a lot of initial confusion with the wines. We had a voucher for a culinary experience and five glasses of wine included. Perhaps this confused the sommelier, who, very unsure and after advising us to order a single bottle, suggested three sufficient wines, nothing more, which were never explained during the dinner (we're both sommeliers).
We finished the dinner with seven glasses of wine plus two aperitifs, billed separately.
When we got the bill, we noticed that we'd been charged for two full tastings. Since we hadn't had them, we politely asked for an explanation. The young man's very annoyed response, "Impossible, we've written down everything," made us feel even more uncomfortable, so we paid the amount indicated on the receipt to avoid arguments. The attempted refund, promptly refused, with €10 on a €560 bill, was the icing on the cake.
A very negative experience for us, considering the quality of the venue. It was probably a bad night, but such treatment is unacceptable at this level.
We're disappointed by the bad evening, and wish you all the best.
