10/03/2026: An elegant place, without being overly formal, located in a farmhouse renovated with intelligence and style. I come here regularly, last night with three friends who are also passionate about boiled meats. The menu is amazing, from chicken to tongue to beef, everything is top-quality and cooked to perfection. Sauces to match the meats and excellent side dishes. Good wine list. Homemade desserts are tastefully crafted. Attentive but unobtrusive staff, a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere that leaves a lasting impression. Good value.

30/03/2026: Brasserie al Mulino Is a beautifully restored historic building with world class bruschetta, amazing burgers and a wonderful beer selection. They have unique ambiance, friendly service, and clean accessable bathrooms. I often bring guests here. It is a great spot for a work lunch or romantic dinner, + its convenient location is great for a self-date after a session at the gym. I look forward to me eating many burgers here in the future!

20/04/2026: We've eaten at this restaurant several times and have always been delighted. Yesterday, we celebrated my daughter's confirmation. The aperitif served on the terrace was a huge plus, appreciated by everyone. Some of our guests chose the meat and some the fish tasting menu, and all the dishes fully met our expectations. Each dish was a true experience of flavors, with excellent presentation and quality ingredients. Great attention was paid to even the smallest details and requests. The service was impeccable, attentive but never intrusive. Additionally, one thing I particularly like is that this restaurant is run by a young team: Luca, a brilliant young chef who offers modern and highly refined cuisine, and Giorgia, the focal point of the dining room, who recommended and introduced us to excellent wines ranging from Veneto, Piedmont, Sicily, France, and Argentina. Among all the excellent dishes, I'd like to give special mention to the "risotto with saffron, licorice, and scallop" and the "wild boar fillet with mashed potatoes and raspberries." The dessert, "wild berry panna cotta with berries and brownie," may seem like a predictable dessert, but it was truly amazing and garnered compliments with every spoonful. Finally, thanks to the entire team who did an impeccable job and made yesterday truly special. Luca was a great host who, at the end of the meal, knew how to entertain us even outside the kitchen. 02/05/2026: The hotel is in a strategic location, truly convenient for exploring the city. The room was spotless, and I slept wonderfully; the bed was very comfortable. I really appreciated the idea of ​​the indoor lounge where you can have a coffee or croissant at any time of day: a truly pleasant touch of hospitality. All the staff are extremely welcoming and always smiling. The only negative is the cleanliness of the lounge area. The gentleman in charge was probably not properly trained: he uses a feather duster to dust, but simply moves the dust into the air or drops it on the floor while guests are seated at tables with food on display. It's not the best in terms of hygiene. Aside from this small detail, it was an excellent stay, and I highly recommend this hotel for the quality of the rest and the kindness of the staff!

01/05/2026: G-Sushi is a Japanese restaurant in the center of Bassano del Grappa. The restaurant is visually appealing, well-maintained, and has a very intimate atmosphere. As for the food, the kitchen offers a wide and good selection of Japanese dishes, including a selection of fusion dishes. Compared to its competitors in the area, it's definitely in the top three of the best Asian restaurants in the Bassano area. The service is simple but friendly and flawless. I highly recommend G-Sushi to all lovers of Japanese cuisine. Reservations are recommended.
