27/07/2024: Excellent food. I really appreciated the unusual combinations and the attempt to broaden tastes and horizons with Japanese touches. Interesting how some dishes on the menu give you an idea only to be surprised by a spice or a light spiciness that you weren't expecting.
The small, deserted and quiet square is beautiful, I would work a bit on the outdoor terrace.

The managers are very approachable even if they are really attentive to the management of table service.
The quality of the food is high and varied.
The pizzas are also special with light dough to digest.
Too bad it's difficult to park.
Overall very positive!
19/08/2024: It was super tasty super cheap and super pleasant atmosphere the waiters were all nice and even brought back the forgotten bag! From now on I'll stop by every time I'm on vacation in Italy 😁

The fairy tale continues even while sitting at the table as the dishes are sublime.
Wines, beers and distillates are expertly paired.
The extra touch is the pleasant company of Paola and her staff, always present and pleasant without compromising the magic of the place.

Abbiamo preso il menù Alchimie, tutti piatti molto curati e presentati in maniera fine ed elegante..
memorabili la crema di topinambur e la mini entré al gusto di pasta e fagioli!!!
Location con vista panoramica bellissima.
Se proprio devo trovare una pecca, l’aria condizionata un po’ troppo forte nonostante aver chiesto di abbassarla.
In complesso esperienza raccomandata.

20/07/2024: Review July 2024 - Tried the ice cream in various places but for me the 🍧Bottega del Gelato🍧 is one of the best ice creams in Bassano and surrounding areas, quality ice cream with the right sugar percentage, certainly a quality ice cream made well after a few minutes with the hot it begins to melt, a poor quality ice cream made with powders and too much sugar remains in contact for a long time.
5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ stars deserved.
