15/09/2025: Il Vinocolo never disappoints. A welcoming atmosphere, excellent wines, and if you ask Johnny for a platter, an aperitivo can easily transform into an excellent aperitif. It remains undoubtedly a local favorite for those seeking quality and flavor.

27/07/2026: Nothing to complain about the quality of the meat, but as for the rest, forget it... the side dishes arrived after dinner... we had to remind ourselves several times about the drinks... in the end, the change was missing from the bill... the manager/owner, it seemed, was not up to the task! Excellent quality, but as for the rest... the price and service were forgettable!!! I'll hardly go back!

21/07/2026: Priorities need to be reassessed. If a customer at the table waits 45 minutes for their pizza because takeout is the priority, I think there's a problem. Friendly service and good pizza.

16/05/2026: As an event planner, I've brought hundreds of people to this location over the past five years for both catering and accommodations. On Sunday, May 10, 2026, I brought 110 paying guests to one of my events. Following a phone call regarding their lack of service to my clients, I received a rude response: the owner's daughter hung up on me, and when I called back, I was met with aggressive tones and vulgar language. For this event, I had to turn down approximately 30 attendees who chose not to book for similar reasons, but I didn't think anything of it. Professionalism is not water, and you can't improvise as a hotel and restaurant manager. Unfortunately, I will no longer be bringing my events here.

08/05/2026: I was assigned a room with a strong smoke smell, but the very kind receptionist changed it for me without any problem. The point is, the hotel is absolutely not worth its 4-star rating. Hair on the pillow, uncomfortable and dated. The mattress was hard and the doors were raised, which didn't provide any soundproofing. Lactose-free or plant-based milk was not available at breakfast. I have nothing to say about the kindness and helpfulness of the staff.

02/07/2026: Unfair and systematic commercial practice on the bill. Be careful. No complaints about the quality. However... I'm a regular customer and almost always order the same pizza: Diavola with the addition of Taggiasca olives, for a list price of €10. However, I've encountered a decidedly unfair and, unfortunately, systematic billing policy. Periodically, when the pizzeria includes the "Marta" pizza (salami, Taggiasca olives, and burrata) on its seasonal menu for €12, my standard order is deliberately listed on the receipt as "Marta minus burrata" instead of "diavola + olives," charging me €11. In this way, the exact same pizza is unjustifiably overcharged by €1 over the prices of the individual ingredients listed on the menu, order after order. This isn't a one-time oversight; the situation regularly repeats itself every time that specific pizza is on the menu, and I've had to point it out more than once. I find this "trick" of inflating customer accounts one euro at a time unacceptable. It's called unfair commercial practice; Because at this point, you can also include the "Pippo" (salami, olives, and Alba white truffle for €40), so the usual Diavola + olives becomes "Pippo without truffle" (€39). I recommend greater transparency on prices. I already know that management might respond by calling it a "software error" or a "cashier's oversight," but since I've kept the receipts that prove this happened repeatedly on different dates, I urge future customers to carefully check their bill before paying, especially if you ask for extras. Edit: I'm sorry to note that management prefers to hide behind a finger even in the face of evidence. So, based on your answer, does the price of black or Taggiasca olives change depending on whether or not the "Marta" is on the menu? Because if Diavola + Tagg costs €10 in April, and later (when the "Marta" is available in June) the price "would remain €10 if you changed Tagg for black"...gentlemen, all the more reason, something doesn't add up. I'm not disputing the price of the ingredients, but that the SAME pizza has different prices depending on how you punch the bill. I always order Taggiasca pizza, and the bill is the same all year round: Salami + Taggiasca pizza = 10; while Marta pizza + Burrata pizza (i.e. salami and Taggiasca pizza = 11). Something's wrong, period... Edit 3: I live very well... rather, you're trying to turn the tables by focusing on quality: I opened the review by saying I have nothing to argue about the quality, but as a customer, I often feel like I'm being passed around quickly... I even ordered your pizza with Taggiasca pizza in March (and the "Marta" pizza wasn't on the menu yet, and I always paid 10)... evidently someone was secretly putting them on me out of their own pocket 😉 Regards

27/03/2026: If I want to eat a good (very good 😋) takeout pizza, Devil is the best in the area and with many different flavors 🍅🍄‍🟫🫑🥬🫒🍕🧅🍆🍈... Plus, they deliver on time. Really good, very good!! 👏👏👏
