Second tip:
Use an SUV (or at least a car designed for off-road) as the road has many potholes in some sections

21/01/2024: A genuine, family environment. Good food and pizza. In the highest district of Caltrano, a pizza with a unique view is a must. It can also be reached on foot along the mid-mountain paths starting from the town.

15/11/2023: Good experience. Both the Frico as a starter (polenta, porcini mushrooms and cheese presented like a soup...it warmed my stomach) and the venison stew were excellent. Definitely coming back.

15/01/2024: Trattoria Sant'Antonio is a certainty. The food is very good and the staff is friendly and professional. Ample parking and quiet green area. Highly recommended.
25/12/2023: You can only eat here if you are starving. The place is dated, poorly maintained, poor food. The service however was precise and punctual.

18/09/2023: Double "open" sign and we find it closed on Saturday for lunch 😤. No phone no email. What a waste, give us back the old management!
Luckily Malga Serona (top) is open 20 minutes away by road.
04/09/2023: Arrived by bike, quite a lazy effort :-)
Eating simple but genuine, it was a very pleasant stop.

25/12/2023: Super consigliato, solo se sei disposto a provare di tutto e di più: gusti particolari, abbinamenti estremi, alimenti non convenzionali.
Ottima esperienza, si consiglia di non chiedere bis altrimenti non si arriva in fondo al pasto!
L' unica nota negativa: chiude il 31/12/23
