11/07/2026: On Saturday lunchtime, while looking for a gluten-free place in the center of Bassano, we stopped at this bistro. The place is welcoming, with helpful, attentive, and friendly staff. The menu is truly inclusive, with dishes that are sophisticated in their combinations and flavors, but truly excellent. The gluten-free blanche beer is truly excellent. The experience was absolutely satisfying, so much so that we plan on returning soon.

28/07/2026: It's a nice bar with a large outdoor space in the summer (the live music is fantastic!), a good selection of beers, and good food. It's worth spending an evening here every now and then!

27/04/2026: Nice place, not too big and cozy. We stopped by on a Saturday night for a live event. The food and drinks were good. Try their skrocchia, a twist on bruschetta with a dough made by the guys themselves, very light and easy to digest. If you like spicy food, try the Fuego sandwich...but remember to bring a drink!

21/07/2026: Delicious food, both the pizza 🍕 and the dessert. Too bad they ran out of two of the desserts I was planning on ordering... The food is also great in the summer ☀️, given that there's a 3-degree difference in temperature, so if you want to stay cool while eating and drinking, this place is for you. The girl with the tattoos is super nice and friendly (I think she's the owner), the wait times are reasonable, and the waiters 💁🏻‍♀️ are friendly and explain the pizza dough in detail.

02/08/2026: We went to Ai Celibi this evening and were absolutely delighted with the friendly service, where the staff even spoke a few words of German and recommended a fantastic local wine. Delicious!!! And not just the wine, but the food too. You guys have to go there. They cook with love, the food is incredibly tasty and regional. We'll definitely be back. We found the atmosphere incredibly pleasant.

30/07/2026: My refuge, a restaurant with a clear and classy menu. Superior quality raw materials. Excellent service that puts you at ease, with attention also for those with allergies. Hilly, undemanding environment, a true culinary relaxation. Good food cheers up life, if you feel at home with super chefs, even better.
