On Saturday lunchtime, while looking for a gluten-free place in the center of Bassano, we stopped at this bistro. The place is welcoming, with helpful, attentive, and friendly staff. The menu is truly inclusive, with dishes that are sophisticated in their combinations and flavors, but truly excellent. The gluten-free blanche beer is truly excellent. The experience was absolutely satisfying, so much so that we plan on returning soon.

All the food is superb, the staff is incredibly friendly and makes you feel welcome! I'm celiac, so the entire menu can be made gluten-free at no extra cost. They have tons of vegan options, and the chickpea panelle were so good we couldn't even take a picture! The tiramisu is also delicious, and the ladyfingers are homemade. My boyfriend had an IPA, which he said was exceptional, but it was a bit of an understatement. If you're visiting Bassano, I highly recommend it!

I'm updating my review after being here today. I can confirm the quality of the products, especially vegan ones, which have won over my friends as well. The craft beer is excellent, and the staff is super friendly and clean. A truly delicious lunch. I chose the bigoli all'amatriciana and was extremely satisfied with my choice. The pasta is homemade, as are all the sauces and ingredients. The wine is very good (Pinot Noir). The place is well-maintained and the staff are helpful. The price is fair considering the quality of the ingredients. Also try the tiramisu! It's really good!

A welcoming place with exceptional food. They make everything artisanally, from bread to beer, from pasta to desserts. The staff are very kind, friendly, and attentive. We had beef tartare, duck bigoli, and tagliatelle with ossobuco ragù. Everything was delicious. And the crema cotta: spectacular! I was surprised there were so few customers, because a restaurant like this should have a line outside the door. If you're passing through Bassano, don't miss it!

We were a group of six with different food philosophies. We thought it would be impossible to get everyone to agree, but here we succeeded, and to everyone's great satisfaction.

A very welcoming restaurant with a Nordic style, AIC (Italian Celiac Association)-certified. The service was impeccable, and the attention to our daughter, who is celiac, was perfect. The menu offers options for all tastes and dietary needs (gluten-free, vegetarian). The first courses were excellent; I specifically tried the potato and corn gnocchi, with pea cream, olive pesto, walnuts, and fresh ricotta. They were VERY GOOD. My partner had the fusilli with wild garlic pesto, Brenta trout, and a kefir and almond emulsion. Our daughter ate the gluten-free spaghetti cacio e pepe and devoured it. She let me try it, and I must say, it was excellent. The gluten-free pasta held its shape perfectly during cooking, and the sauce was fantastic. Before the main courses, we had the gluten-free chickpea panelle to share, which were also very good. All of this was accompanied by their own beer, which they produce in the restaurant.

Beer, wine, and food are top-quality. Carefully crafted dishes showcase local products. You feel right at home. We had a family dinner in the small outdoor garden. We'll definitely be back.

A pleasant discovery in the center of Bassano. Recommended for celiacs.

I loved this restaurant! The entire menu is gluten-free, and the food was divine. I had the rice gnocchi with ossobuco sauce, creamed with herb butter and smoked spices, and then for my main course, braised pork shoulder with carrot and ginger puree, agretti, and miso caramel. We also had two side dishes (the only flaw was the baked potatoes, which tasted like frozen ones), and dessert. The atmosphere is really cute, and they give you colored pencils to draw on while you wait. Nicola, the owner, is truly kind and courteous. I can't wait to go back!
