A truly beautiful place, with extremely efficient and friendly staff. The menu is varied, featuring local products expertly prepared.
Mushroom risotto and Venetian-style porchettato suckling pig were the dishes that won us over.
The refined decor, the beauty of an open fireplace where the meat and polenta are grilled, and the fair price for the quality of the food offered make this trattoria a favorite destination for those in the area (and even for those coming from a little further afield!).

08/09/2025: We went for the "Made in Malga" event, having seen the posters advertising a sheep farming and ranching activity at Malga Col del Vento. We had an appetizer of cheeses and cured meats, followed by cheese gnocchi for the main course, and dessert. Everything was truly excellent, as was the service and the kindness of the staff. (The only downside was the wine on tap, but that could easily be improved.)
The afternoon activity was very nice and interesting, thanks in part to the friendliness of the owner of the mountain hut. The little girl was thrilled, and so were we, her parents!
We'll be back to try the stew!

28/07/2025: Spinechile is a truly special place. The location is stunning, surrounded by greenery, with a tiny dining room and a window offering a breathtaking view of the valley. The atmosphere is elegant but not at all cold; you immediately feel at ease.
The cuisine is creative, made with incredible ingredients, and every dish is a surprise. Some pairings are bold but incredibly well-executed. The service is impeccable, attentive but never pretentious.
It's one of those experiences you'll remember, where you realize there's so much thought and passion behind it. Highly recommended if you want a truly unique dinner experience.

The staff were super welcoming, they made you feel at home!
The food was all excellent! The value for money was also excellent.
They brought us a glass of prosecco and a crostini as soon as we arrived, which isn't something everyone gets!
The dessert was also delicious.
We were truly fascinated and will definitely be back very soon!

19/07/2025: Per me questo è il miglior baccalà alla vicentina in assoluto. Ci andavo fin da ragazzo, quando il locale era in piazza e si chiamava locanda centrale, e continuo a tornare una tantum per togliermi la voglia di baccalà.

26/07/2025: Excellent variety of cocktails, the menu takes you back to the Prohibition era of the 1920s in the USA. The menu is practically a book worth reading, explaining the flavors and names of the various drinks, even the most well-known ones. If none of them inspire you, just ask them, and they'll create a sensational cocktail based on your tastes! The presentation is also very thoughtful!

24/08/2025: Excellent value. We ordered three first courses and two second courses: macaroni, gnocchi, and bigoli with duck, as well as two Venetian-style livers. The pasta sauce didn't blend well and was a bit separated. The liver, however, was very flavorful, accompanied by a light polenta, not as heavy as it often is. I usually find polenta a bit heavy, but I was able to finish this one with pleasure. I expected the amount of liver to be small, but instead it was perfectly proportioned to the polenta. I would recommend the bigoli with duck and liver, paired with a full-bodied wine.
