26/05/2026: We discovered it by chance on Sunday and decided to try it. Excellent food. We ordered four different dishes so we could try more. Everything was delicious, but the stuffed meats won our hearts. The dessert was also very good, a treat for the soul. Small place, super friendly staff. Highly recommended.

02/04/2026: It's been a while since I've been there, but once again I was more than satisfied with the quality and quantity of the food served. The trattoria is very well known in the area and has offered a menu with excellent value for money for several years. It can't be compared to a restaurant, but you don't come here to look for the best etiquette, but to enjoy good company and have fun with friends. In fact, the building mainly features a very large room where everyone eats together and another smaller, more "quiet" one. The final price is more than fair. Given its fame, reservations are required well in advance (at least 15 days). I personally highly recommend it.

03/05/2026: Chef Formaggio and his young team deliver the best in every way: excellent meats cooked to perfection, tasty and original first courses, perfect cod... a cousin that perfectly combines traditional dishes and seasonal vegetables! And to finish, don't skip the desserts: if you're a sucker for gelato and black cherries, don't hesitate! If you like pastries of all kinds, indulge in a truly rare selection in a restaurant! It's a shame we're not close by because I'd love to return often :)

06/05/2026: Very nice location, but due to the rain, we couldn't have lunch on the terrace, which offers a beautiful view. The owners are very kind, and their succulent dishes are all excellent. For starters: egg with truffle and cod Vicenza-style. Completely satisfied. The price isn't cheap, but it's adequate for the refinement and deliciousness of the meals. Highly recommended, you won't regret it.

04/05/2026: Convinced by the positive reviews, we called to reserve a table for four for the evening of May 1st, and from the first conversation, I sensed remarkable customer service. Upon arrival, we were greeted with great courtesy and seated at an elegant and spacious table in a pleasant setting. Our dinner was originally focused on cod, so we skipped other dishes that were sure to be exceptional. However, we didn't regret it, as both the creamed cod and the Vicenza-style cod were unforgettable. The desserts were also top-notch. The service was excellent, complemented by the complimentary focaccia and homemade biscuits at the end of the meal. The owner's expertise in wine is also noteworthy: when asked for advice on pairing, he suggested a bottle of Sassaia from La Biancara, which was a pleasant revelation for us, as well as an excellent tasting experience. A very good restaurant, with prices that match the setting, quality, and service. We'd happily return.

07/12/2025: We discovered this restaurant almost by accident and it was a wonderful surprise! Everything was fantastic. The atmosphere is very cozy and well-maintained, the food is delicious. We opted for the tasting menu so we could try as many items as possible. There was a lot of care and love put into the dishes we ate. The service was disarmingly courteous; it's one of the few places where you can still feel and see the passion for their work. We'll definitely be back to try the next seasonal menu.

10/06/2026: One of the best pizzas I have ever had! I was on a long bike ride, heading back into Bassano del Grappa, and decided to stop in for a meal. I had a chance to meet Guido, the owner. Many of his children and grandchildren work there and they do a wonderful job!

02/06/2026: Beautiful place, the staff is friendly. The pizzas are delicious and look good, but what really disappointed me was that there's no Mexican pizza on the pizza menu, and I recommend adding it to the menu.

12/05/2026: This place is breaking the law: no menus, neither inside nor out, no prices, and most importantly, no allergens listed. If you ask, they'll bring you the menu at the end of the meal and tell you (since we have one), but the dishes they serve aren't on it. It's very old and doesn't have prices. They don't know about frozen foods, which need to be reported. I'm surprised by the law enforcement in that town, because this restaurant has been around for many years. The food is good, the service is clean, and there are people who work in compliance with the law. These are serious, intentional shortcomings. Very high prices.
