17/03/2024: Locale bellissimo che si trova sul ponte di bassano. Arredato in modo maniacale e dotato di un piccolo posto fuori per l'estate con vista fiume/ponte. Si mangia divinamente: piatti curatissimi e di grandissima qualità. Super consigliato!!!

24/03/2024: Excellent experience. I consider it a suitable place for couples and families above all. The food was exquisite, as was the waitress: professional, kind and cheerful at the same time. All the dishes tasted were balanced in taste, consistency and combinations, the only note being that some first courses were a little too savory. Then the suggestive place for its Venetian tradition and style. Overall, truly an experience to recommend.

12/03/2024: In a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere you can enjoy sensational dishes for all needs and tastes: from fish and meat options to vegetarian and vegan options which I found fantastic. The staff is very kind and helpful, you can see that everything is done with the heart.

31/03/2024: We had lunch today, Easter day, for the first time at the Pergola and I must say that we had a great time! From the welcome, to then move on to the service with the waiters all very kind, very helpful and always ready to advise you. The dishes look good and are of excellent quality. Both for meat and fish dishes. We couldn't have had a better Easter. We will definitely be back.

It was a beautiful experience both culinary and of the people but also of the quiet place and good energy. Excellent dishes and excellent desserts. 31/03/2024: This restaurant located inside the hotel of the same name has grown and improved over time. The dishes reflect the seasons and the ingredients are of quality. Excellent service. Events and themed evenings are also often organised. Next to the restaurant there is also the Bistro for quick and simple meals. Large free surrounding parking.

16/03/2024: The best Brazilian restaurant in all of Veneto. In fact, I would like to point out one thing for those who read the review: dogs are NOT allowed. I say this because I noticed the sign outside the restaurant and unfortunately I didn't find the same warning either on the site or on Google, but guys if you want to have a Brazilian experience go and eat here (I lived in Brazil for a year and I can say with certainty that I felt like I was back in Sao Paulo) The meat (and I want to point out that my friends and I are lovers and obsessively critical of it) was of a quality that I have experienced in other restaurants of this kind. The buffet wasn't one of those rubbish things with a thousand dishes and it wasn't even poor with a couple of salads, it was PERFECT. Moreover, I add, when they brought us freshly grilled smoked scamorzine from the kitchen. We did a triple back somersault. Highly recommended, but if you have a dog leave it at home as they are not allowed. Ah, I forgot about those: we paid around 50 euros each, filling ourselves up properly and consuming two bottles of Franciacorta for 4 people, so guys, the price is absolutely worth the experience.

Use of excellent quality raw materials with a reinterpretation of simple traditional dishes. Well-stocked cellar with good knowledge of the wines suitable to highlight the dishes served. Price in line with the quality offered.
