The staff is knowledgeable, kind, and always attentive, contributing to the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The cuisine highlights Venetian tradition with a creative and refined touch, offering surprising yet always balanced combinations. Among the dishes I definitely recommend are: Homage to Japan, an elegant dish full of personality, the cold spaghetti, and the carrot, white chocolate, and shiso dessert. We had never tried such a fusion of traditional Venetian and Eastern flavors, and the result was a pleasant surprise.
