25/07/2025: Consistently excellent year after year. Flavorful cuisine, not light but excellent from appetizer to dessert. From simple to sophisticated, with a focus on using local, seasonal ingredients sensibly and deliciously. Skilled and organized, the owner has, over time, also recruited equally skilled staff. The interior is small and homey, but in the summer there are occasionally tables on the delightful outdoor lawn. You like lamb, but only where they know how to do it; here they do it. And then you have to try "i capei del prete." But anything is worth trying at least once here, in my opinion.

11/07/2025: It's an elegant hotel I've been frequenting for a while, in a quiet location and very close to the city. I've always found the staff to be excellent, the cleanliness and comfort excellent, and the atmosphere very pleasant, with a breakfast that gets the day off to a great start.

11/07/2025: Four years ago, we celebrated our wedding with over 100 guests in the garden in front of the villa... an elegant and refined atmosphere, impeccable service, and exquisite food... we return for every anniversary... quality is always guaranteed, thanks also to the maître d' who takes care of the service with kindness and helpfulness!

03/07/2025: It's been raining all day today... We came to this pizzeria from a neighboring town! The service was very good - fast, clear and without unnecessary words... But the pizza was not to be surpassed - and we took three different types and all three were amazing - wonderful dough, lots of toppings, beautifully packaged... Well done!

02/08/2025: Look no further and go here for pizza! A simple place with a real wood-fired oven (we even saw the logs being fired!). The pizzas are amazing!

24/08/2025: I chose Acero Rosso to celebrate my partner's birthday, a choice that's often difficult because I eat meat and he's vegan, but in this truly welcoming place we even found some top-notch plant-based options for him. The service is attentive, both from the hosts, who clearly care about customer satisfaction and the quality of their dishes, and from Ester, the waitress, who was smiling and very kind. The quality of the dishes truly exceeded our expectations. Everything was truly balanced, tasty, and delicious. Congratulations, we'll be back! See you soon!

20/08/2025: I had the pleasure of dining at the AceroRosso Restaurant, and the overall experience was very positive. The location is truly spectacular: from the outdoor terrace, you can admire a unique view of the Dolomites, while the carefully crafted wooden interiors exude warmth and intimacy. The cuisine showcases tradition and local tradition, interpreted with a modern twist. The hand-chopped venison and beef tartare with mustard ice cream and carasau bread was a surprising dish for its balance and originality, showcasing the meat to its fullest. The sausage-stuffed quail with Swiss chard and jus gras was beautifully executed: tender meat, crispy skin, and a flavorful filling that harmoniously tied the dish together. The selection of breads and breadsticks was also highly appreciated, a testament to the attention to detail. The wine list is interesting, featuring local and national labels, and the suggested pairing proved to be spot-on. The service was friendly and prompt, though simple and not particularly sophisticated: perhaps the only aspect that could be improved, to make the overall experience truly unforgettable. Ultimately, AceroRosso is a restaurant definitely worth a visit for the quality of its cuisine, the beauty of the location, and the atmosphere it offers. A recommended stop for those seeking a gastronomic experience combining tradition, care, and scenery.

07/08/2025: Very good, artisanal food. Friendly service. The only flaw is the lack of list of ingredients on the menu (which is written on chalkboards). The tagliatelle with venison ragù cannot be served over a layer of melted butter: instead, change the name of the dish and specify that it contains butter. When it was served, the dish was returned and replaced with a cheaper one, but this substitution wasn't noted on the bill; there could have been more attention. When we pointed this out, we were told that the ragù dish had to be thrown away (which wasn't true) and therefore should be counted. Assuming it could have actually been thrown away (which clearly wasn't the case, as the dish at our table wasn't even close), there could have been more flexibility in handling the inconvenience. I repeat: the ingredients must be listed; just because you're at a remote mountain hut in Trentino doesn't mean food safety guidelines apply.
