22/11/2025: I really appreciated the friendliness and family atmosphere. The menu was a real surprise: tagliatelle alla genovese, according to Neapolitan tradition... sublime! Eggplant parmigiana... fabulous! To finish, the tiramisu was simply divine! Everything was accompanied by excellent homemade bread and a nice prosecco. We'll definitely be back!

06/11/2025: Very nice pizzeria, family-run, and wonderful people! The pizza is very good, the ingredients are high-quality, as is the dough, which is left to rise for hours. Excellent service, and Mama's desserts are fantastic!! Highly recommended!

07/10/2025: I rarely write reviews, but this time it's necessary. After a hike, we arrive hungry at 9 pm. They tell us the kitchen is closed and that we can only have pizza, okay. We order two seasonal pizzas with ingredients written on the chalkboard hanging on the wall (a pumpkin, lard and walnuts and a pumpkin, provola and Comelico speck). 10 minutes later, the pizzas arrive on a red base. We hate tomato sauce, and when we complained about the tomato paste not being listed on the chalkboard, the waitress tells us that we should have asked if they were flavored with a white or red base. Shocked and incredulous, we reluctantly start cutting the pizza, and after a few minutes another waitress tells us that they could have remade them with a white base. We agree, and they bring the pizzas back to us with a clear intent of protest. This time without speck but with ham, and the other with fresh lard placed on top after the pizza was cooked... meaning inedible!

20/08/2025: Excellent pizza, thin, light, and flaky dough, and well-seasoned. Friendly staff. The best in the area.

19/08/2025: Good pizzas, very friendly staff. I recommend the pizzas with "cartufole" (stuffed pasta). The free round of limoncello at the end of the meal is also good.

04/11/2025: A well-maintained refuge with a small museum of relics from the Great War. Davide (the owner), a great historian, taught us his work twice, accompanying four eighth-grade classes on tours of the memorial and trenches at Cima Grappa. Let's not forget his wife, Elena, an exceptional cook, whose dishes we had the pleasure of sampling.

23/10/2025: Intimate, family-friendly place, superb cuisine, just a few things done well! All cooked in a wood-fired stove... Top-notch service and explanations... A step back in time. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

12/09/2025: Excellent bread, with a wide selection. Super friendly and welcoming staff. The cold cuts are also excellent. They also have a well-stocked selection of fabulous desserts and a mini-supermarket. When I come here on vacation, I can always count on them.

16/11/2025: On your way to the Dolomites and feeling a little hungry? Don’t think twice and stop at El Gringo. The staff were so kind and attentive. The boss clearly took so much pride in the menu and spent time explaining the different options. And yes, the food was great. My partner ordered a pizza and I had a salad. Seems banal, but it really hit the spot.

04/11/2025: Very nice restaurant. The menu offers a wide selection, focusing primarily on traditional dishes and new interpretations. We ordered a dish of the day (the parmigiana), which was very good, and two first courses, one of which was gluten-free (so it's also suitable for celiacs and gluten-free). They brought out tagliatelle, which were cooked al dente and very good! I highly recommend it.

12/11/2025: A very large pizzeria and restaurant with several dining rooms. One glass-enclosed dining room offers views of the Feltre Valley, and it's stunning at night. Pizza made with quality ingredients and featuring many seasonal variations. Fast, top-notch service. Very good restaurant. Reservations are recommended!
