Best Pizza on our trip! The grains/ingredients used are top notch. The flour is so light, it creates a crispy “bubble” around the center. Sounds like the family recipe is tried and true and we appreciate the history and end result. HIGHLY recommend, you will not be disappointed. 😋

A very welcoming pizzeria, characterized by a warm and refined atmosphere. The staff was extremely kind and elegant. The menu is simple but well-curated, with sophisticated pizza options. The service was very fast. The pizza deserves a special mention; it was really good, although I found it a bit too light. Overall, a great experience!

One of the worst things ever (in my humble opinion) is seeing negative reviews without a response from the owner (or someone acting on his behalf). I'm obviously referring to reviews that explain the reason for the low rating, not those written by people who "write" them just to vent pent-up frustrations, those that are clearly fake, etc.
Responding is a sign of customer care; in these cases, I'd dare say "care for OTHER customers," meaning those who, after reading the review and response, will have a chance to decide whether it's worth trying... or not.

A unique experience. Nothing like regular pizza. Tasty, flaky, crispy, and excellent ingredients. The staff is fast, friendly, and attentive. The place is well-maintained. Yes, the price is high, but it's definitely worth it.
