14/10/2023: Total disappointment. We went for the Apple Festival. Since it is a Hosteria we expected less of that name. Instead we found a minus done by a chef, which in my opinion should not be there, a minus done very badly. We had a tartare with figs. Already there it seemed suspicious to me. When they brought it I was struck by an acidic smell that I didn't know if it was from spoiled meat or some strange ingredient. After tasting it, I was struck by the powerful taste of a very acidic cheap wine. Unfortunately this "acid" also accompanied us for the following meal, the Iberian pork cheek. This too not only disappointed but made me suspicious. Since when does bacon fray like any type of boiled meat? The potatoes which were supposed to be mashed potatoes, were nothing more than an inedible sour raw type of puree. Place a handful of raw, wilted red cabbage on top. The entire dish was cold, indicating that all the dishes were prepared in the morning, including the plating. From the order to the arrival of the dishes it took just over 5 minutes. They didn't even bother to keep everything warm and then prepare the dishes on the spot. We put the cross above it.
