27/02/2024: Unfriendly and rude staff. Totally incompetent gas station attendant with glasses. After asking for the windshield wipers to be replaced, we waited 30 minutes for new ones to be found, without success. He was then unable to put the old ones back on and we had to make do.
02/02/2024: At night, after 10h driving, and your kids are in the car tired and crying, the middle of the snow storm this criminal institution with their unprofessional staff is going to sell you snow tyre-chains for 180e ( avarage EU price about 25e) , or otherwise leave you to sleep on the patking lot.
Very disapointing!

Rifugio San Sebastiano

15/01/2024: This was an oasis on the AV1. We got a dinner that wasn’t as all other Refugio’s… just goulash. We got a steak!!! With fresh foraged mushrooms!! That was a real treat. The owner took care in all of his offerings, in my broken Italian I was fortunate enough to try his hazelnut grappa, I have been trying to replicate ever since! Brekky was perfect and his home made salami and local cheese sandwich we took on the trail the next day were next level!
06/01/2024: Ottimo rifugio per mangiare e godere la vista sulle montagne, anche con persone che faticano a camminare (si parcheggia davanti al rifugio). Ci sono stata ieri con la mia famiglia, il calore dell'accoglienza del gestore e del personale è stato formidabile, il fuoco acceso con la nevicata fuori dava un senso di famiglia grandioso. Cibo ottimo, tipico da rifugio, per chi scrive che il prezzo è alto, bisogna calcolare che siamo in un rifugio e non in una pizzeria. Per me voto 10/10 con lode!

Rifugio Passo Duran "C. Tomè"

17/09/2023: se si vuole godere di un bel tramonto poca confusione c'è il passo duran , qui comunque si può passeggiare, arrivare al rifugio Bruto Carestiato ed altro.
13/08/2023: dopo una lunga ascesa da Agordo un pò stanchi ci siamo fermati per gustare qualcosa e bere una birra con una piacevole vista, aria a dire della moglie anche fredda comunque si stava bene
