23/03/2026: Fantastic in every way! The location on the slopes is a dream for anyone who loves skiing. The cuisine is truly exquisite: exquisite dishes that make every meal special. The staff is incredibly courteous and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The rooms are splendid and spotlessly clean, meticulously maintained. A place that absolutely deserves 5 stars!
13/03/2026: My partner and I went for lunch today, I have to say that I have never eaten such a good Milanese steak in the entire valley, congratulations you have excellent products and also friendliness and cordiality are not lacking, go to the Incisa refuge it is a wonderful place, sublime cuisine and super staff!!

12/07/2026: A truly lovely host with immense love and passion. The pizza is very good, and Nonna's tiramisu is amazing :) Even if it's not the best pizza in Italy, the atmosphere and the host make up for it – a must-stop for the price 🫶🏻
12/07/2026: Fantastic pizza and wine, at very affordable prices. Service is very friendly and accommodating, including for English speakers. The dessert trolley is a retro throwback but genuine and delicious, including a varying selection of pies and cakes.

23/04/2026: A top-notch restaurant, with a delightfully obsessive attention to detail, yet without being "snobbish," excellent service and a human approach to guests. A restaurant that only lacks a star, but for me, that doesn't matter... better than many starred restaurants.
The owners and staff are also very welcoming (as is the entire Sappada community).
22/04/2026: We had the pleasure of trying this restaurant and were truly satisfied. The food was excellent, with carefully crafted, flavorful dishes prepared with quality ingredients. Careful attention was evident both in the selection of ingredients and in the presentation.
A strong point was definitely the service: the waiters were extremely attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, always available to offer advice and make us feel comfortable without ever being intrusive. A truly pleasant experience that we recommend to anyone in the area.

13/07/2026: We visited this restaurant for a truly enjoyable dinner. The atmosphere is welcoming and refined, perfect for enjoying a quiet evening.
We really appreciated the quality of the dishes. In particular, the creamy soup with the shrimp carefully arranged along the edge of the plate was flavorful and perfectly prepared. Even the mango at the end of the meal was fresh and served with great simplicity.
We will definitely be back. It was a positive experience in every way.

07/08/2026: The atmosphere was very nice, the owners were polite and helpful, and the pizzas were truly huge. It was a shame about the experience with the receptionist and the cashier.
She speaks in monosyllabic terms, seems constantly irritated, and conveys a feeling of total rudeness. At the table, she simply said, "Follow me," put something on the table, and walked away, leaving us without even knowing clearly whether we should sit down or not.
Even when paying, her attitude was rather unpleasant: it almost seemed like we were being inconvenienced by wanting to pay. It's a shame, because the place is very nice, the pizzas are excellent, and the owners are kind. It's a real shame that the welcome leaves so much to be desired.
02/07/2026: I didn't like the pizza. The dough was dry and tasteless.
A menu with more than 90 pizzas is unthinkable. The service was sloppy, as one of the four pizzas arrived incorrectly.

Recommended for a relaxing break.

13/06/2026: Five-star food and staff. Very beautiful and welcoming atmosphere. Very large pool with a hot tub. One comment: the lobby lacks tourist information (you can't offer a paid map; you have to do it "as in Trentino" and provide free flyers, which are certainly available because the municipality, province, or tourist information office provides them).
11/06/2026: The hotel is very well located and the staff, especially at the reception is very friendly! Would definitely recommend this place!

06/04/2026: This place has the worst hospitality i ever encountered. Even dare to call it hostile. We were just about parking outside of the restaurant private parking (road side) and have one guy even not asking if we were going to eat there (which was actually our plan) immediately saying we could not park because it was “his property” and he owned everything. Not even one sign of private parking or property at sight. They think they own the entire pass road.
Do not even give money to people like this. You have much better options couple meters above

16/05/2026: At the Belluno cicchetti evening, they offered Sicilian-style baked pasta and arancini. Both dishes were fabulous. The staff offered us an extra beer and an extra arancini; they were very welcoming and kind. I'll definitely be back. Bravo!
10/05/2026: I ordered a simple pizza alla diavola (with spicy salami) with fries and Spianata Calabra.
Result?
The pizza arrived with the Spianata Calabra (a type of Calabrian flatbread) NOT COOKED.
The fries were practically NON-EXISTENT.
The spicy salami was FORGOTTEN.
Completely WITHOUT SALT.
Highly recommended pizzeria. 😉

Enchanting place, splendid view, friendly atmosphere, simple but very attentive to the customer (Luca, among others, is a very kind guy!)
I happened upon it one morning for breakfast and tried their strudel... exceptional.
Since then, we've been back both in the morning and a couple of times for lunch, eating their grilled meat... excellent.
I also tried the mezzelune, homemade and delicious.
Overall, it's a highly recommended place, with incredible staff and an owner who is incredibly kind and friendly.
See you next time... maybe after a snowshoe hike or even next summer!!!!
