10/11/2025: I don't know if this is a seasonal offer, but I ate the best beef I've ever eaten here. It's worth spending over €70 on that rare Fiorentina steak. The pasta and pizza are okay. If you can't get off the road by 12:00, a minimum 30-minute wait is guaranteed.

04/10/2025: An excellent experience in a well-managed establishment. We found professionalism and friendliness. They even welcomed my little dog without batting an eyelid. They even earned praise from their wife, who, originally from Salento, a land where pizza celebrates its most ambitious goals, acknowledged the quality of the dishes served.

There were hardly any places open at 2:00 PM!
We had a Margarita and a Quatro formaggi pizza, which were flawless!
We had fast, friendly, precise service!

23/09/2025: This refuge is located on the upper part of Lake Misurina. A cable car takes you directly to the refuge. There are numerous signs for hiking. You can see the Cristallo peak directly in front of you, along with a beautiful panorama that extends from the Marmolada to the Tofane.

05/10/2025: Yesterday, my husband and I went up to the cabin for the first time. First of all, there's free parking for a camper, which is a big plus. The path and road are a bit steep. It's worth the effort to reach a wonderful place where you feel at home. The owners' hospitality is like family, and the chef prepares simple dishes made with love. I recommend checking them out; we'll be back.
07/09/2025: Beautiful refuge. We stopped by on our way back after reaching the arduous summit of Cima d'Auta, for a beer and a slice of cake.
A quiet place nestled in the woods with a fantastic view.
For those who want to come here, there's a leisurely walk, initially on a dirt road that climbs slightly, then becomes much steeper a few hundred meters before arriving. The refuge is hidden behind a boulder. Once you've rounded the boulder, you'll be struck by the beauty of the setting.

06/11/2025: Fantastic experience! Here from the US and it's one of my favorite meals in Belluno so far. My Google Maps was twisted turned around walking so I was late for my reservation. The restaurant called me, I told them I was lost, they asked what landmarks I coupd see and came to meet me and walk me back! There isn't better service anywhere. My server gave me excellent recommendations and I left my wine choices up to him. They were perfect. Definitely coming back.

16/09/2025: The food was great and the atmosphere was pleasant. The staff were also really friendly and welcoming. Go in early since the place can get very busy.
12/09/2025: The Crostini with deer ham & finferli mushrooms and the Tagliolini in white ragu and black truffles were exquisite. This was easily the best meal in Cortina D’Ampezzo.
No reservations, get there early.
