09/04/2026: The pizza is very good and offers a wide variety. It's a shame about the acoustics in the room with its panoramic windows, because when there are a lot of people, it can get very loud.
23/03/2026: I understand that in Italy most restaurants do not serve food before 7 pm. The problem with this restaurant, however, is the attitude of a lady, who seemed to be the owner. We were sitting at a table on a closed terrace. The lady opened a window and began to plant flowers in a planter. The cold was coming from outside, but I didn't say anything. After she finished planting the flowers, she closed the window and opened another one, planting other flowers. At one point, she left and left the window open. I told her it was cold because she left the window open. She said yes and she didn't care, she left the window open... In this situation of lack of common sense, we got up and left. Such a restaurant should not exist. You can't want my money, but don't care how I feel in your restaurant when you bother me, actually. You open the restaurant only at 7 pm and you don't care if you bother your customers by planting flowers in the planters outside just when your first customers came. Bad experience.

13/04/2026: We visited this Italian restaurant expecting decent pasta and seafood, but overall it was just okay. The service was very average — our waiter was attentive at times but came across as somewhat pushy rather than genuinely welcome.
As for the food, the seafood dishes were particularly disappointing. The flavors were quite bland, and it seemed like they were using lower-quality ingredients that didn’t bring much taste or freshness to the plate. The pasta options were edible but nothing memorable — pretty standard and uninspired.
The atmosphere was pleasant enough for a casual meal, but at these prices, I was hoping for better quality.
16/03/2026: Ended up eating here twice on your trip. One of the best restaurants in the area and worth the walk from the city center.
The food and service was just outstanding.

09/04/2026: New management, new model, new review. Alberto and Giorgia are revitalizing Panevin, offering a 0-kilometer restaurant experience that's refined and popular, simple and elegant without being snobbish.
For four: house wine, a perfectly balanced mousse-bouche of sardines in saor, two appetizers—a generous mixed platter, and a cream of asparagus with quail eggs that alone is worth the visit.
We continue with two shared first courses: gnocchi with gorgonzola and broccoli—outstanding, plus the evergreen fettuccine with duck ragù.
We finish with a second course each, a guinea fowl roll stuffed with pastin and radicchio—flavorful, bold, and Venetian. Oh, and a side of roast potatoes and cabbage included in the price.
Careful location, prompt service, for a price perfectly in line with the quality, portions, and atmosphere.
A pleasure. Highly recommended.

The property enjoys a truly unique location: a breathtaking view encompassing Cortina and the Dolomites, offering that rare balance between the tranquility of the mountains and the convenience of the town center. Being slightly removed from the hustle and bustle of the city allows you to fully recharge, while still being just a pleasant 10-15 minute stroll through the park to the heart of town.

Excellent experience at Villa Blu. The hotel offers a truly beautiful, privileged view and is very well located, close to the center of Cortina, which makes getting around easy. The rooms are comfortable and well maintained, the staff is extremely kind and attentive, and the restaurant is a real highlight. Another great plus is the convenience of covered parking.

Vegetarian dishes with meat in them.
Good service, even if the waiters aren't trained on the menu.
This is our second time here, and I think it will be our last.

01/11/2025: Waiting an hour and a half at a table for four pizzas, with two children who even fell asleep at the table because they were so exhausted. After repeatedly asking for pizzas for the kids, they continued churning out takeout pizzas, ignoring the few customers sitting at the table.
I've never seen anything like this; if I were them, I'd be ashamed!!!
FOR THEIR DISRESPECT FOR THE CUSTOMERS SITTING AT THE TABLE, SHUT THERE DOWN!

Nous avons adoré, plats vraiment bon, la carte n'est pas varié, mais on préfère ça, c'est gage de qualité.
service et personnel impeccable.
Une terrasse avec une vue imprenable .
Rapport qualité prix très correct.
Nous recommandons vivement.
