We were greeted with warmth and kindness despite our late arrival. Delicious sandwiches with fresh cured meats and quality products at reasonable prices. Charming and well-maintained atmosphere. Highly recommended!

The place is very large and has plenty of seating, but it's best to book because it's often packed. The staff is friendly and quick to serve. The interior is very cute, and the view of the mountains is truly breathtaking. The dishes were good, but dessert... I wasn't entirely sold on it.

Birraria da Bauce is a must!! Excellent sandwiches and delicious beers! And to finish, we had the panna cotta and strudel, both amazing. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

Great place, delicious meat, and a great selection of beers. The only downside was when Shrek came in through the window yelling "Get out of my swamp!" We rubbed our eyes a couple of times. It was incredible, dinner and a show.

08/04/2026: Restaurant is rather on the expensive side but the food is delicious (both meat and pizza). Would have come back more often during our ski trip if the prices were a little bit lower.

I had the opportunity to enjoy a perfectly crafted Spritz and dine on truly memorable venison pappardelle and beef tartare. The staff is not only welcoming and efficient, but also very knowledgeable. This is definitely a restaurant worth returning to when in the area.
