16/02/2025: Real cabin, very characteristic and pretty, in a quiet location away from the classic "casino" and that's what we're looking for. Simple place, not "signature". Handy and pleasant staff, they know what they do in the kitchen. Honest prices. Do you want some advice?...go there during this period, absolutely in the evening, with snowshoes (head lamps!), perhaps accompanied by a guide. You will immerse yourself in a fairy tale and if you are lucky with the weather, you will literally be immersed in a dream, between the glittering snow and the starry sky, with the Owl above you that seems to touch it and the Pelmo in the background observing you from above. You will be projected into another dimension. On the way out (with a bit of a very doable climb) head into the woods (please, with a guide!) and on the return with an easy, more direct and faster "walk", enjoy the cold winter silence. Watch your breath swirl above you. You will be fireflies in the darkness of the snowy forest, pure emotion, trust me!

05/04/2025: Taking advantage of the day off, we stopped for lunch in this pizzeria/restaurant in the center of Longarone. Arriving without a reservation, they immediately found us a table where we could have our meal. We ordered two "four seasons" pizzas, what can I say, the pizza dough was very good and digestible, as was the taste. All accompanied by 2 beers. Friendly service and very short waiting time. Professional and very helpful owner. I will definitely go back as soon as I can.

What can I say, we only drank a few drinks and the children tasted panna cotta with berries on top, but you can also taste fresh yoghurt and homemade desserts...! Good and from the dairy you can choose different hiking itineraries for everyone.

I traveled 420 km to come and eat in this splendid restaurant, characteristic and very welcoming, excellent dishes, excellent quality cold cuts platter and special cazunzei without mentioning the special dumplings and cabbage. If you are near Alleghe Marmolada, don't deprive yourself of such beauty in the restaurant and the goodness of the dishes.

10/04/2025: We went for lunch with the family, we had almost everything based on fish, everything was excellent but I found the fried food sublime, light, crunchy at the right point, excellently assorted and not at all heavy, generous portions and with quality products. Even though the restaurant was full, mostly with workers, the service was fast and attentive.

11/09/2024: Good campsite, large, quiet pitches, internal restaurant... Power connections for dated pitches... Gorgeous lake, little gate directly onto the grassy beach of the lake. Clean bathrooms, coin-operated showers. Recommended for those who bike and trek, sail with a board or boat.

10/09/2024: Great camp site, great location by the lake. Restaurant is closed on Tuesday. Plenty of pitches. Reception told us to stay where ever we want. Reasonably priced. Remember to take toilet paper with you in the bathrooms. Not much alternatives for restaurants in town as most as closed by the evening. Found only a pizzeria take away.
