I have eaten in this place many times, but I am always more amazed, it is located in the center of Canazei, a place that for us is a destination only in case of bad weather or days of rest but fantastic, for food service, and I would add also for price

Unadulterated. Mountain classic in the best sense. 🍕 Cuisine Thin, crispy pizza, properly Italian – no compromises. Pasta al dente, generous portions, pure flavors. Espresso strong as it should be - exactly what you need between rides. And what I appreciate most - the speed of service. You don't want to wait an hour on the slope. It's brisk here, but without the "buffet" feeling. 👥 Service The staff is nice, natural, no tourist fatigue. Even at full capacity, they work efficiently and with a smile. There could also be table service. You stand in line like this for ... 20-30 minutes. ⭐ Overall impression La Cianel is not just a lunch stop. It's part of the Marmolada experience. A place where skiing turns into an atmosphere, where sport meets Italian gastronomy. If you ski in Marmolada and skip La Cianel, you'll miss out on half the experience. 🔟/🔟 - this is exactly what a mountain restaurant in the Dolomites should look like.

Excellent food and very fair prices. I ate everything several times over the weekend—pizza, pasta dishes, and roasts. I must admit, everything was excellent, from the fantastic location to the exquisite food, not to mention the staff and owners. Wonderful, helpful, and smiling, which is not a given in the area. After an accident on the slopes, they let me stay until closing time while they picked me up. I even had lunch in the meantime. What can I say? Thank you!
