After a drive, we were given reserved parking and an impeccable welcome.

21/08/2025: The pastries and desserts were excellent, but unfortunately the wait was very long, but the managers tried to make it easier by offering an appetizer.
04/05/2025: The temple of spaghetti. Exquisite dishes, doses of pasta based on requests (from 80 g up to 2 ounces), exceptional sauces. Very kind staff. Also suitable for the little ones. Every time I go to Sappada I can't wait to book a table.

24/10/2025: I agree with Giorgia Lucianetti's comments. Compared to the previous management, prices are on par with those of Cortina, with plastic placemats instead of tablecloths. The food is excellent, as is the service, but the prices are too high for Vodo.

16/10/2025: We stayed at the Hotel Centrale during the "desmonteada." Very nice, the room was small but clean, as was the bathroom. The breakfast was very good and plentiful. The staff were very friendly.
Our room had a small terrace overlooking the main road, but we didn't hear any noise, as the windows were airtight.

01/11/2025: Excellent, generous plate of pasta. The orecchiette with pesto and cherry tomatoes were delicious, but the anchovies were a little less so. I didn't find them on the plate. The perch was good. I saw the pizzas and I have to say they're worth a try. Quick and friendly. A good-priced business lunch. Stop by if you have the chance!
21/10/2025: I returned after a long time, and found the same cuisine and kindness. The cod was excellent, and I must try it. Service was fast, attentive, and always smiling.

09/10/2025: We were welcomed by very warm and friendly staff all night. Every dish was delicious and perfectly cooked! During the day the views of the mountains through the window is also really nice. We got the Sea Bass made in a special way in salt which was really tender and fresh. Lobster linguine did not disappoint either! Would come back

21/09/2025: The room was really tiny, but sufficient for an overnight stay. The premises are clean. You can hear absolutely everything in the rooms, but after 10 pm it was quiet everywhere. Dinner was really plentiful, the food could easily have lasted me the whole day. However, the wait to order food was over 45 minutes. The view is amazing!
