10/04/2025: My wife and I had one of the most wonderful dining experience at Ristorante Al Lumin last night. From the moment we stepped inside, we were enveloped in a warm and inviting atmosphere. The service was truly exceptional, thanks to the incredibly kind lady who looked after us. We suspect she might be the owner, and if so, her passion for the restaurant truly shines through. But let's talk about the food – simply divine! My wife started with the duck liver sandwich, which was an absolute revelation. For main course, I had the laser-cut Angus tagliata, and the presentation alone was a work of art. The beef was cooked to perfection, incredibly tender, and bursting with flavor. For dolci we indulged in the chocolate fondante. Oh my goodness! It was warm, gooey chocolate heaven that melted in our mouths. It was the perfect sweet ending to an already outstanding meal. Ristorante Al Lumin is a true culinary gem hidden in the Dolomites. Highly, highly recommended!

03/05/2025: My sister-in-law gave me a wonderful surprise by giving me a selection of products from this bakery, and I can only thank her! Everything was very fresh, fragrant and genuine: bread that was crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, tasty focaccias and breakfast desserts that tasted like home. You can really feel the quality of the ingredients and the artisanal care in the preparation. A simple gift, but full of taste and love. After trying them, I really think I'll go straight to the bakery soon too... or hope for another gift! Ps...The Easter egg from the lottery we won was delicious, very sweet and filled our house with chocolate.

The host is simply charming and available for everything The apartment was super comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen, a balcony with an amazing view and relatively large And most importantly, the apartment is about a 20 minute drive from Ortisei and the town itself has some great restaurants and is really sweet and beautiful!

The contemporary yet traditional cuisine is a constant surprise: the ramen is simply excellent, rich, balanced, and comforting from the first bite. The tartare was a true revelation, fresh and perfectly crafted, one of those dishes that lingers in your memory. The atmosphere is refined, welcoming, and has an atmosphere that makes you feel immediately at ease. The service is friendly, attentive, and never intrusive. A truly perfect evening: ENOSIERIA C.et. is a place worth trying again and again.

01/09/2025: Fabulous restaurant: dinner was an incredible journey of flavors. The staff is friendly and spontaneous. The dining room, entirely in wood, perfectly complemented the experience. We can't wait to return to try the other menu.

The first course was rice, pumpkin, and thyme, and the second was gnocchi with cheese and mushrooms.
