Casual restaurant; excellent food (I recommend the venison shank and tagliatelle with ragù). Fast service, very friendly and helpful staff, and more than reasonable prices. Reservations are not accepted.

We visited Bisturbe during the Giro d'Italia and initially thought it was just a simple bar. Once seated, we were presented with the menu, and were pleasantly surprised: we decided to give it a try, and it turned out to be a truly perfect choice.
The biggest surprise was the speed of service and the quality of the food, which we thoroughly enjoyed. All the dishes arrived promptly and were beautifully prepared, which is not a given on such busy days.
The staff was very courteous, attentive, and helpful, helping make the experience even more positive. The atmosphere was also welcoming, perfect for a relaxing family break.

Excellent value for money, good food at a fair price. The atmosphere is in keeping with the concept of the place. It's a shame the bread is hard, otherwise it would have been a 5⭐️. Their beer is worth trying; I had the red one (civetta).

If I could give it a 10, I would. A truly unique place that makes you feel at home as soon as you walk in the door. The staff is friendly and very patient. The food is top notch, as are the beers. My partner and I had tagliatelle with venison ragù, ribs with potatoes and beans. It was all truly excellent and delicious. The price?? Very fair, in fact, even cheap compared to what we ate.
