I'll just give the example of the Pistacchio, which in Rome I can't find good anymore, and which here is simply excellent. Prices in line with the region, that is, a little high for those who come "from the south", but I must say that the quantity is very generous. Courteous service. Unmissable in Longarone!

La ubicación es muy chula, ya que está cerca de la zona de esquí, por lo que puede parar también para almorzar después de esquiar. La comida es increíble, viene en abundancia y merece los precios honestos. Seguro que se quedará en mi lista de restaurantes favoritos en los Alpes.

04/06/2025: Beautiful rooms just renovated, too bad they were obtained from an apartment so the partitions are made of plasterboard. The rooms are too noisy especially when they start making breakfast and cleaning. The breakfast is all on a table and you have to make do with everything, the products offered are discreet.

We immediately became fond of this place and we return as soon as we can since we live nearby. Here they also make me the Spritz with the Select and with the Cynar! I love it! 16/02/2025: Real cabin, very characteristic and pretty, in a quiet location away from the classic "casino" and that's what we're looking for. Simple place, not "signature". Handy and pleasant staff, they know what they do in the kitchen. Honest prices. Do you want some advice?...go there during this period, absolutely in the evening, with snowshoes (head lamps!), perhaps accompanied by a guide. You will immerse yourself in a fairy tale and if you are lucky with the weather, you will literally be immersed in a dream, between the glittering snow and the starry sky, with the Owl above you that seems to touch it and the Pelmo in the background observing you from above. You will be projected into another dimension. On the way out (with a bit of a very doable climb) head into the woods (please, with a guide!) and on the return with an easy, more direct and faster "walk", enjoy the cold winter silence. Watch your breath swirl above you. You will be fireflies in the darkness of the snowy forest, pure emotion, trust me!

23/03/2025: The location may not seem very special, but the inside is beautiful and attractively decorated. We had a delicious dinner. We do not speak Italian, but extensive effort was made to explain what the menu was and what the specialties of the area are. Very friendly people who like to make it fun. A limoncello from the house to end. Thanks for the wonderful evening!

17/12/2024: Sono stata a pranzo all'osteria del Bevitore con un'amica che frequenta spesso questo locale e da sempre me ne parla benissimo. Non posso che confermare la mia soddisfazione, sia per quanto riguarda il locale sia per quanto riguarda il menu. In particolare ho apprezzato l'ottima qualità delle materie prime, accompagnata da un'accurata presentazione dei piatti. Abbiamo ordinato come antipasto crostini con lardo davvero ottimi: pane caldo e croccante al punto giusto e lardo ottimo, delicato e saporito allo stesso tempo. Come secondo abbiamo ordinato due tagliate: carne ottima e tenera e contorni top, sia la peperonata sia il radicchio ai ferri. Un apprezzamento anche nei confronti del proprietario: persona molto dedita al suo locale, alla ricerca della qualità e alla soddisfazione del cliente.

30/05/2025: Comment expliquer ? Un petit restaurant perché en haut de la colline, dans un petit hameau très accueillant. Une patronne souriante qui vous sert à table comme à la maison. Et il y a du cerf du chevreuil, de la polaire et plein d’autres spécialités locales. Vous l’avez compris n’hésitez pas.

14/06/2025: Today we took 70 friends to Col Indes and we were guests in Baita, excellent lunch, exceptional hospitality with tables inside and outside, management of small children, big children and also for four-legged friends, top-notch service, kindness and punctuality, everything as planned. Really good. 5 stars!
