Ristorante al Rustico In Taibon agordino

Very nice, well-kept, and clean place. Unfortunately, the food wasn't memorable.

Set in Agordino valley with wonderful views of Mount Agner to the left (and perhaps Monte San Lucano as well from the terrace—but as it was one of the many rainy summer evenings in the Dolomites, I sat in the cosy inside dining area facing Agner). Professional and helpful staff. I really enjoyed the food: a zucchini-aubergine amuse, platter of cheeses with a unique spicy and fruity mustard, and herb filled ravioli in a butter sauce. Bread selection was also the best I've had so far in the area. Can't recommend this place enough! Only downside might be being a bit on the pricier side but the quality and atmosphere makes it well worth it.

We visited Al Rustico and were absolutely delighted. The food was excellent – ​​fresh, flavorful, and prepared with great care. The beautiful location deserves special mention; its cozy and authentic atmosphere invites you to linger. A definite recommendation for anyone who wants to enjoy good food in a special setting!

My boyfriend and I went to dinner at this restaurant for the first time: he had the nettle tortelli creamed with butter and speck, and I had the pork tenderloin with vegetables for my second course. Both were exceptional, truly delicious. For dessert, we shared a red fruit millefeuille. The lady who served us was very kind and helpful, and the atmosphere was very relaxed. The perfect place for a romantic date or a group of friends, given the quality/price ratio. We'll definitely be back.

As always, excellent food and friendly staff. Even if it's not on the main road, a detour to try their delicacies is recommended.
