We stopped for refreshments after doing the "Anello del Cansiglio" route, and I can say that I recommend it! Very good draft beer and speck sandwich, apple strudel 🔝 and the very friendly and smiling staff!

Authentic mountain food in this restaurant that has been open for many decades.
I found here some of the best canederli I had in ages, if you go please don't miss the polenta with cheese and mushrooms.

In short, I'd say very good.
When you arrive at a restaurant and are greeted with a smile, for me you're already on the right track.
If you then show up with helmets and other motorcycle accessories in hand, and are offered—without asking—a more comfortable table to put everything down, then you know it's a special place.
The kitchen offers a carefully crafted menu of traditional local dishes.
The wait times are reasonable, and the prices are very fair considering the excellent quality of the food, the courtesy, and the (all-female) staff.
I'd definitely put it at the top of my personal ranking of the "Cansiglio area." I recommend booking.
I plan to return.

Small and well-maintained. Excellent preparation and quality. It's not often that you leave feeling full and satisfied for less than €30 per person. The person who welcomed and served us was very courteous (I was with my mother in a wheelchair and she immediately understood our needs). Well done!

A small, well-kept, and welcoming place. True to Cansiglio tradition. Perfect for a hearty post-hike meal. Excellent portions.
