Everything in this pastry shop is truly delicious: the cakes, ice creams, hot chocolates, coffees, pastries, and cappuccinos. All top-quality. You'll always find the staff very friendly and the place is very welcoming. Try it and believe it!

The Zoldo Valley means so much to us, and Soler holds a special place in our days. The cakes are amazing and authentic, each one better than the last, same goes for the ice creams... try them all! Once again, it was impossible not to "open and close the day" (quote) here at Soler. As a flower lover, I also point out the paintings and floral wallpaper that color and enrich the welcoming, wood-furnished rooms. Hi Soler, we can't wait to come back this winter! I love this pastry shop. The furniture, the outdoor seating, the atmosphere, and the incredibly kind staff. Finding it after years with the same warm atmosphere was wonderful.

After visiting the Zoldo Valley far and wide for many years, after touring all of Italy and dozens of countries around the world, I can honestly say that Soler absolutely deserves a spot on the podium of the best gelato shops of my life. The gelato cups are spectacular, true works of art that I occasionally devour even at dinnertime, when I don't have the energy for a plate of pastin with polenta. Breakfasts and snacks, however, wouldn't be the same without Soler's glorious cakes, each one better than the last: pear and chocolate, Linzer, apple, cherry and hazelnut, buckwheat with jam... Any choice is fine; you have to try them all. The place itself is also very charming and comfortable. Finally, I adore all the staff who serve tables, especially the legendary Mrs. Vally. In short, it's worth staying in Pecol just to have Soler on my doorstep. Thank you for existing, and keep doing so forever.

Delicious cakes, nice place, friendly and helpful service. I'm giving it 4 stars because the lady at the cash register, I assume the owner, was very lazy, and she kept yelling at customers, explicitly complaining about how busy she was.
