27/07/2025: Everything is fantastic as always...from the risotto which is legendary, creamy and fragrant...to the roast beef cooked by them and impeccably...the cuts of beef are very tender...not to mention the lamb chops...a delicacy...what can I say, it's our gastronomic retreat...when we want to pamper ourselves and be pampered

26/07/2025: Ci siamo fermati per un pranzo mentre eravamo in viaggio, è stata una vera sorpresa! Piatti ottimi ( abbiamo gustato diversi antipasti e secondi) qualità eccezionale, passione e ricerca della qualità!!! Ci torneremo sicuramente

05/07/2025: We had been in Italy for 2 weeks and needed a pasta break. Wow, this is a true gem! The food was phenomenal, legit the best bbq pork belly I ever had in 53 years of life. Toni and his wife are such wonderful people and made us feel so welcome. Love Toni Di Gusto from USA!!!

22/06/2025: Nel rientrare da una vacanza al mare decidiamo di visitare la bella cittadina di Montagnana che fa parte dei Borghi più belli d’Italia. Giunta l’ora del pranzo passando sotto i portici in piazza Vittorio Emanuele II, l’occhio ci cade su Le delizie di GiaLau (dove il nome sta x le iniziali dei due titolari marito e moglie Gianni in sala e Laura ai fornelli). Si tratta di una gastronomia che vende prodotti di altissima qualità provenienti da tutta Italia tra cui il famosissimo prosciutto crudo Veneto DOP . Qui in esclusiva di trova quello del prosciuttificio Doniolo. All’interno vi è una sala x degustazioni che ti permette di scegliere oltre che alla carta due proposte di menù che consiste in un antipasto con primizie di salumi, formaggi e un primo oppure un secondo. Oltre a acqua vino e coperto . La qualità dei piatti è stata sorprendentemente e sono stati decritti con grande passione dal sig Gianni che si vede quanta passione mette nel suo lavoro e ti coccola descrivendo il pane caldo di Altamura o portandoti uno spicchio caldo di focaccia . Se venite a Montagna e volete fare un’esperienza culinaria di livello Le Delizie di GiaLau è assolutamente da provare. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è straordinario

05/08/2025: We arrived just in time around 7:45 PM to still get an outdoor table. The place isn’t fancy, but it has a nice, relaxed vibe. The staff really stood out: super friendly, fluent in English, and they got along well with the kids. They told us the pasta was made fresh to order, and honestly, that already convinced us to stay. As a starter, we shared a simple bruschetta — nothing fancy, but really tasty in its simplicity. For mains we had the ricotta and spinach cannelloni, the lasagna bolognese, and a pesto pasta. All three were excellent. The pesto especially was one of the best we’ve ever had. This is what proper Italian pasta should taste like. We didn’t get to stay for dessert, unfortunately, so we can’t comment on that. The bill was €107 for the four of us — just one starter, four pastas and drinks. Not cheap, but fair given the quality and service. I’d definitely come back.

13/07/2025: I enthusiastically recommend Butcher for its food and exceptional service!! Everything we ate was absolute amazing! The ravioli were unlike anything I’ve ever had before and would go back to Verona for that plate alone. However the delights did not stop there, the stake we had was perfectly aged flavorful meat that spoke to the careful way they were raised. The temperature cooked to perfection which left each bite to melt in our mouths!

18/07/2025: 5 stars, nothing more needs to be said... Super delicious ice cream, no matter the flavor. A daily visit was a must. Oh, and 5 stars also apply to the staff.

26/07/2025: Found on Google, so blind... we come from Milan, the city of aperitifs and clubs but I have to say it was a real discovery, excellent food, excellent cocktails and friendly and nice owners. What can I say, it will be my regular place when I go to Verona again... ❤️

03/08/2025: A perfect dinner down to the last detail! I recently visited this restaurant and can only describe it as an impeccable experience. From the warm welcome to the attentive and friendly service, everything was simply perfect. The atmosphere was quiet and pleasant, ideal for enjoying a relaxing evening. The price-quality ratio was also more than fair. Compliments to all the staff: it's rare to find a place where you eat so well and feel truly welcome. I will definitely return and recommend it to anyone looking for authentic cuisine and impeccable service.

26/07/2025: Un'altra bellissima sorpresa di Venezia, che diventa tappa fissa per le prossime volte. Il locale è perfetto, in zona silenziosa e con qualche posto anche all'esterno. Abbiamo mangiato di gusto un paio di panini e dei cicchetti /disponibili in vetrina pomodirini ripieni,crocchette di patate, polpette, ...) preparati con materie prime di ottima scelta. Una piccola pausa che merita il massimo dei voti! Grazie ancora!

22/06/2025: Food from all courses absolutely delicious with lovely unexpected additions. Service a perfect combination of professionalism and friendliness. Frequently underwhelmed when eating out in Italy as the food is often overhyped. So pleased to say that this experience was to the contrary. Recommended, and will definitely return when next in beautiful Verona.

26/07/2025: Beautiful venue with a well-kept outdoor garden. Throughout the dinner, the background music was excellent, just as it should be in a restaurant. The staff was friendly and professional. The vitello tonnato and picahna were excellent, with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Compliments to the chef and his staff. Prices were reasonable and in line with expectations; I highly recommend them.
