We discovered this restaurant thanks to the promotion with a free entrana (a very fine piece of meat) on an entrance for 2. The place in its simplicity is very well-kept and modern, the competent and friendly staff helps you by explaining the various types of meat and possible combinations, for the meat there are not enough words to describe its goodness and quality, it literally melts in your mouth. The cover charge also includes a small entree with homemade sauces and croutons. We will definitely return.

Ci hanno fatto provare il loro nuovo antipasto, uovo cotto a bassa temperatura con crema di patate topinambur, parmigiano reggiano, monte veronese, caviale di tartufo nero e crumble di chorizo iberico di patanegra
