24/03/2025: The new environment is beautiful and also the service, the only thing was the pizza, we came on Saturday but we didn't find it very good, it was still raw and the ingredients didn't seem to be of quality and the sauce was acidic. The pizza we ate when you were on the other side never disappointed us. Maybe because they've only been open for a few days, I don't know, we'll try to give another chance to this pizza which in my memories was very good

The ambiance was very quaint. The servers were very attentive.
If you don't have a reservation, you should arrive early.
The gluten-free pizza was so-so, but my thicker gluten-containing pizza was okay.
The tomato soup was amazing.

During my work lunch break I had the opportunity to try bigoli with renga, a typical dish executed to perfection: tasty, balanced and with an authentic taste that tells of tradition. Every bite was a real pleasure, and the quality of the cooking is evident.
The staff is another great strength of the restaurant: kind, attentive and always ready to satisfy every request with professionalism and courtesy. The atmosphere is the welcoming and genuine one of real trattorias, a place to feel at home and enjoy an excellent meal.
I can't wait to return to try their meat, hoping to sit in the cave and discover other specialties on the menu. If you are looking for an authentic place with excellent dishes and impeccable service, Trattoria dal Taio is the right choice!”

22/03/2025: I participated in an immersive experience in Chef Perbellini's house. At 12 apostoli there is the possibility of experiencing the chef's table for only 12 people. Tasting menu plus some surprises, directly inside the kitchen. With the tour of the restaurant and the cellar first, and with the fabulous experience of enjoying "the kitchen within the kitchen", truly not to be missed.
21/03/2025: What can I say...when cooking becomes art!
I had already been to both Isola Rizza and San Zeno in the Chef's previous restaurants.
First time at the 12 Apostles and first time as a three-starred winner.
A reconfirmation with classics such as the famous wafer and a discovery of fantastic new dishes.
It deserves it, it really deserves it.
I recommend everyone to be overwhelmed by one of the tasting menus and follow the path created by chef Perbellini.

15/03/2025: We had a great evening at the Butcher. The service was really friendly and efficient, the view on the kitchen very nice. Food wise, the wine was incredible, the meat perfect, we enjoyed everything we ordered. It’s rare that a specialized restaurant (meat) does good desserts, and our tiramisu was 🫠 If you want a break from the classic trattorias, I definitely recommend.

16/03/2025: My fiancé and I dined here yesterday evening. We had an absolutely beautiful meal with a bottle of red wine.
Our waitress Felicia was very welcoming, friendly and professional.
Our glasses were topped up by staff passing our table too.
Couldn't fault it and will definitely return to this gem when we return to Venice again.

15/02/2025: I Mammalucchi della pasticceria Targa a Venezia, sono famosi : crema, uvetta e arancia candita. Ma oggi c’è una bellissima novità : un nuovo Mammalucco. Sembra uguale, è tutto diverso : con cedro e limone è più fresco, più morbido, più sexy.
Ad ogni morso è molto più che bontà : è libidine.
