08/02/2026: I've been eating here for several years, both in the restaurant and for takeout, and the dishes are always excellent: both the Thai and Japanese. The miso soup and ramen are delicious, the Thai fried rice is spectacular, and the portions are gigantic. The problem is containing my enthusiasm and the desire to try half the menu... 🥲

04/03/2026: Marco was incredibly friendly and cute! The seafood risotto was thoughtfully prepared; they even removed the shells, so you could taste the seafood in every bite 👍🏻 The salad was fantastic, the shrimp were so fresh and sweet! Thumbs up 👍🏻 Italy's number one 🤣

01/03/2026: The restaurant is a bit out of the way coming from Verona. Excellent Angus beef stew with mashed potatoes. Amazing coffee sorbet. The food is good. I wasn't satisfied with the gnocco fritto appetizer: for four people, a tiny platter of cured meats with five pieces of gnocco fritto. Good, but very limited.

30/11/2025: The prices are unbeatable, the food quality was excellent and the service and atmosphere were great. We had the house made pizzas and soup, topped up with the house wine. Everything was perfect, I would recommend it to anyone visiting Venice. They also have a really nice view of the Palazzo Ducale, accross the water. We will definitely not forget it and will be returning. Thank you for having us!

19/11/2025: A lovely little restaurant away from the usual tourist crowds. The view, especially at sunset, is fantastic. It's certainly not a gourmet temple, but that's not the point; it's a nice little corner restaurant like you can find in any city. We're already looking forward to our next visit.

09/03/2026: We stayed for just one night, but we would have loved to stay longer! The room was clean, cozy, and had everything you need. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, with homemade cakes and a wide selection. The owners were very kind and friendly. There's also a swimming pool.

12/03/2026: Arrived to this place almost by chance, while walking towards the Arsenale. And man, am I glad we did. The food was excellent, and the staff so nice and accomodating. Both waitresses were attentive to my kid's allergies and made us feel welcome from the start. Kudos in particular to the brunette waitress (sorry, didn't get your name, but you know who you are) who not only spoke quite fluent Spanish (and, for what I could hear from the table next to us, English as well), but suggested some out of the menu dishes that were to die for. My wife and I shared the Caprese salad and the pasta with lobster, and for the kid we ordered a beef lasagna and a T-bone steak. I tried everything and, mamma mia! Obviously, the lasagna and the pasta were amazing, as is usual in italy. I dare say the lasagna was the best I've ever tasted, and the pasta was otherworldly, but the steak was also really good and tasty, and the Caprese was the perfect appetizer. For desserts, Tiramisu and Tartufo affogato with cofee. I had the latter, and wished I had ordered the tiramisu instead, but only because the tartufo is basically a chocolate ice-cream. As a coffee drinker, the quality of the coffee made the entire dessert for me... awesome! It is really difficult to not eat well in Venice, but I'd say Denis is the best place we ate at during our stay. Will recommend to anyone who wants to visit. Thanks for an unforgettable lunch experience

07/03/2026: Friends are organizing a dinner party. They say the food is good, but they're worried about making a good impression, as it's not a "cool" place. Oh, finally! A place where you walk in and say, "I'm at home!" The hospitality is excellent, from Cinzia and all the staff, from the welcome to the professionalism of the dishes, entrees, and wines. The meat specialty is excellent, as are the appetizers and, finally, the desserts. Everything is carefully prepared and features a selection of quality products. I don't want to be boring, but I'd like to close by saying that we've already booked for the next occasion.

14/03/2026: We went to Melotti for our baby's baptism lunch, and everyone was truly satisfied with the choice. It could be considered a pillar of rice here in Isola della Scala. Almost the entire menu is rice-based, and most importantly, it's certified gluten-free. In addition to traditional risottos (cooked to perfection, truly exceptional!), they offer creative options. The staff is kind and welcoming. The only thing I'd say is that I wouldn't consider it suitable for children or strollers due to the limited space. We were given the small room in the entrance, so we went along with it. Despite having children, we needed the restaurant as close to the church as possible, so we made do. In short, it's absolutely worth a try!

Everything is much more beautiful than in the pictures, the hotel is adorable, with many details, the restaurant exceeds all expectations, as well as the varied breakfast. We especially liked that the ingredients are local, such as honey, butter... The room is beautiful, simple and clean! We will be happy to return and recommend to friends.
