After making our first stops in San Bonifacio, we couldn't help but try Caldiero, and our expectations were sky-high.
What can I say: we were absolutely guaranteed. Fantastic dishes, incredible quality, and a truly stunning location, made even more beautiful by the recent interior renovation. You can see the attention to every detail, both in the kitchen and the ambiance.
We now have our go-to spot, and we never budge: if we need to go for sushi, Madai is our go-to. Whether San Bonifacio or Caldiero, we'll drive a half-hour there without thinking twice... because here we simply find the best sushi in Italy.

It's still my favorite sushi place and I think it's the best of all the ones I've tried. The raw fish and all the other dishes are excellent. The staff is also excellent and friendly!

I want to leave a special review for Lavi, an Indian man who served us incredibly well. His kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail were unparalleled. It's rare to meet such dedicated and genuine people.
Honestly, he deserves at least €3,000 a month, because he's one of the best people I've ever met in the world. Congratulations—his work makes a difference!

What can I say? Everything was delicious! The waiters were courteous, the salmon was absolutely delicious with every bite...I've tried other sushi, but this one beats them all! I'll be a regular customer.
