14/09/2025: I don't think it needs any introduction. We were there for the first time and did a sort of tasting session, sharing three portions with two people to try as many risottos as possible. The portions are generous. Each portion is 120g, and we couldn't finish our three. However, we did try a risotto with basil, cherry tomatoes, and stracciatella, which to call sublime is an understatement. The other two were risottos with Amarone, which were good, but I've had better, and the third was a risotto with veal ragù and caramelized onion, which was also above average. The staff was extremely friendly and, if you didn't finish them, they'd prepare a Doggy Bag for you. The wine selection was also excellent, and we topped it all off with an excellent Ripasso di Valpolicella.

31/08/2025: A very, very beautiful place in the Caldogno/Cresole countryside. The food is very good and well-crafted, especially in the choice of local and seasonal ingredients. I will definitely be back. My only complaint is the beef millefeuille I ordered. I would remove it from the menu entirely. It's simply seared beef carpaccio, with potatoes and cabbage. It's the only dish that doesn't live up to the menu's standards. Otherwise, it's fantastic.

10/09/2025: Everything's very good, of course, but let's face it: pizza is something else entirely. Why is this place called a pizzeria? Oh, and the prices? They're justified only by the team of restaurateurs equipped with tweezers who delicately and precisely place each ingredient on each slice of bread. The result? Sky-high prices, a lot of smoke and not much heart.

08/09/2025: A journey through diverse doughs and perfectly blended ingredients. I finally managed to try I Tigli, a pizzeria that has been at the top of the 50 Top Pizzas list for years. Modern, spacious, and airy. No crowded tables, but a very refined and elegant open space. The open kitchen is where all the chefs are busy taking orders, extremely quickly and accurately. The pizzas come in 4-slice and 8-slice formats. The staff recommends trying 2 to 3 4-slice pizzas for 2 people. We followed this recommendation, and it was spot on. Once you order, the pizzas arrive one at a time, so you can savor the freshly baked pizza just as it was designed. We wanted to try a Margherita, a seafood pizza, and a meat pizza: - The Margherita Crispy: perfectly crispy dough, delicate flavors, good ingredients - Scallop Carbonara: the one that absolutely made me say "wow." The balance of flavors was perfect: the corn dough was fragrant and delicious, and the bacon chips added a salty kick that balanced everything out. I loved it. - Baked Pigeon: a pizza with tons of positive reviews and recommended by the staff. I'm not a pigeon fan, but... It's now or never! The pigeon wasn't overpowering; it was tender and delicate, perhaps too much so. In fact, it was my least favorite. My honest opinion is that I wouldn't call it a "pizzeria," or at least not a classic one. The pizza is as thick as a focaccia; at times I had trouble biting into it. I Tigli is a place where you can savor very refined and light doughs, with unexpected ingredients. It's an experience. A minor point: the price. Perhaps really excessive. I could understand the Pigeon (€26.50) or the Scallop (€27), but even charging €20 for the Margherita is a bit too much. I already knew the prices, so I decided to try it anyway and really enjoyed the experience. Not the pizzeria I'd go to every day, in this regard. Overall, a great experience. The dough was truly excellent and easy to digest, but I expected more flavor from the ingredients (except for the scallop).

06/09/2025: I have to say I ate really well. Although the menu was a bit too varied for the standard printed paper tablecloth, it surprised me. The service was basic but attentive, and the interior is well-stocked and not overly chaotic. If you overlook the minimal table setting, you'll be amazed.

14/09/2025: We had dinner last Thursday after receiving an email invitation to a special candlelit dinner with lots of candles and live music featuring a saxophonist. The food, as always, was excellent: high quality and carefully prepared dishes. Unfortunately, however, the advertised event turned out to be a decoy: • No intimate atmosphere; the place was crowded and brightly lit as usual. • The "candles" were all fake, battery-powered, with plastic petals scattered on the tables. • The welcome drink promised in the email never arrived, except when I requested it halfway through the dinner by showing the invitation. • The musical lineup was a mishmash of genres with no coherence; it was clear it hadn't been truly designed for the occasion. In short, if I'd known, I would have gone out any other night, especially since the set menu for the event cost more than usual. Aside from the food, which remains excellent, the experience was a disappointment compared to what was promised.
